شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه سرمایه انسانی در شرکت‌های تولیدی ورزشی ایران با رویکرد آنالیز چند معیاره و کپ لند

چکیده

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه سرمایه انسانی در کسب ‌و کارهای تولیدی ورزشی ایران انجام شد.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و به شیوه توصیفی-پیمایشی اجرا گردید. نمونه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل 107 نفر از خبرگان شرکت‌های تولیدی ورزشی ایران بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته صورت پذیرفت. پس از تایید روایی محتوایی توسط 10 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی پایایی پرسشنامه پژوهش با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (89/0=α) به دست آمد. در این مطالعه، در وهله‌ی اول عوامل شناسایی؛ و سپس با استفاده از مدل‌های تصمیم‌گیری چند شاخصه با نرم‌افزارهای Excel2013 و Expert Choice11 رتبه‌بندی شدند. در نهایت برای رسیدن به یک اجماع کلی از تکنیک نهایی کپ‌لند جهت رتبه‌بندی عوامل استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج رتبه‌بندی حاصل از تکنیک کپ‌لند، نشان داد که سه عامل اصلی ارتقاء سرمایه انسانی در شرکت‌های تولیدی ورزشی به ترتیب جذب منابع انسانی با مهارت و تخصص بالا، ایجاد و استفاده از سیستم یکپارچه مدیریت دانش و استفاده از مدیران و کارکنان با تجربه در شرکت‌های تولیدی ورزشی ایران بودند.
نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج تحقیق، می‌توان با بهره گیری صحیح از عوامل شناسایی شده مؤثر بر توسعه سرمایه انسانی از قبیل استفاده از منابع انسانی ماهر، با تجربه و با دانش بالا شاهد کارآمدی هر بیشتر شرکت‌های تولیدی ورزشی ایران باشیم تا به تبع آن ضمن ارتقاء کارایی این شرکت‌ها زمینه لازم جهت توسعه هر چه بیشتر صنعت ورزش ایران فراهم گردد.
