چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل ارتباط تفکر استراتژیک با ظرفیت تغییر سازمانی مدیران ورزش استان مازندران بود. روش‌شناسی: روش تحقیق حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بوده که به صورت پیمایشی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه‌ی مدیران اداره کل و ادارات ورزش و جوانان، روسای هیات، نائب رئیسان و دبیران هیئت‌های ورزشی استان مازندران به تعداد 193 نفر بود؛ به علت محدود بودن جامعه آماری از روش نمونه‌گیری تمام شمار استفاده گردید؛ برای گردآوری داده های پژوهش از دو پرسشنامه تفکر استراتژیک لیدکا (1998) و ظرفیت تغییر سازمانی جاج(2005) استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها توسط 10 نفر از اساتید حوزه مدیریت ورزشی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. همچنین آلفای کرونباخ پایایی پرسشنامه تفکر استراتژیک (81/0=α) و پرسشنامه ظرفیت تغییر سازمانی جاج (87/0=α) به دست آمد. برای روایی سازه پرسشنامه‌ها از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و برای برازش مدل پیشنهادی نیز از تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد.

یافته‌ها: ضریب استاندارد مسیر تأثیر تفکر استراتژیک بر روی ظرفیت تغییر سازمانی 313/0 بود که مقدار آماره t به دست آمده (906/2) می‌باشد؛ این بدان معنی است که متغیر تفکر استراتژیک بر روی ظرفیت تغییر سازمانی تأثیر معنی‌داری دارد.

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اهمیت تفکر استراتژیک و ظرفیت تغییر سازمانی در سطوح مختلف سازمان پیشنهاد می شود، دوره‌های برای افزایش آگاهی مدیران از اثرات تفکرات استراتژیک برگزار شود تا با شناخت بهتر مولفه‌های تفکر استراتژیک و درک ارتباط آن ها با ظرفیت تغییر سازمان تصممیات بهتری در مقابل تغییرات محیطی بگیرند
