چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر رهبری تحول‌آفرین بر عملکرد شغلی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی با نقش میانجی هویت، اشتیاق کاری و تعدیل گری شخصیت فعال بود.

روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی ـ همبستگی بود. داده‌ها از 208 معلم تربیت‌بدنی که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده بودند، جمع‌آوری شد. ابزار مورداستفاده در این تحقیق پرسشنامه بود که روایی و پایایی آن نیز مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، از روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد رهبری تحول‌آفرین بر عملکرد شغلی، اشتیاق کاری و هویت‌سازمانی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد و متغیرهای اشتیاق کاری و هویت‌سازمانی نیز بر عملکرد شغلی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند همچنین شخصیت فعال بر اشتیاق کاری و هویت‌سازمانی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری داشته اما نقش تعدیل گر در رابطه بین رهبری تحول‌آفرین با هویت‌سازمانی و اشتیاق کاری ندارد. علاوه بر این اشتیاق کاری نقش میانجی و هویت‌سازمانی عدم میانجی در رابطه بین رهبری تحول‌آفرین با عملکرد شغلی دارند.

نتیجه‌گیری: مدیران سازمانی با سبک رهبری تحول آفرین می‌توانند در کارکنان اشتیاق و هویت ایجاد نموده و عملکرد آن‌ها را برای دستیابی به نتایج پیش‌بینی‌شده و قابل‌توجه ترغیب کنند همچنین معلمانی که دارای شخصیت فعال هستند بیشتر تعلق به کار خود داشته و به سازمان نیز هویت می‌بخشند.
