Objective: This research aimed to analyze and identify the light triad of personality, investigating its impact on flip management among managers, with family cohesion in sports managers serving as a mediating role.Methodology: This study was a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) and exploratory type of research that was conducted in the field. In the qualitative part, the data were collected through interviews with sports management experts and sports psychologists using a semi-structured interview method and analyzed using Glaser's grounded theory method. Then, evaluation and ranking were done by using the interpretive structural combined method - Fuzzy Dematel. In the quantitative part, the researcher-made questionnaire was distributed among 234 sports managers after verifying its validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling by MaxQDA 2020 and SmartPLS3 software. Results: The results of the qualitative part showed that the light triad of sports managers' personality includes six main components, and in the stratification of these factors, personal strength, adaptability, and support at the first level, empathic communication and emotional intelligence at the second level, and communication skills at the third level. Were placed. The results of the quantitative part showed that the manifestation of the clear triad of personality has a positive and significant effect on the management of flipping, and family cohesion plays a mediating role in this relationship. Conclusion: This research demonstrated that the positive personality traits of sports managers significantly contribute to effective management, with this effect being further strengthened by family cohesion. Moreover, in the selection and evaluation of sports managers, in addition to technical skills, positive personality traits, and the ability to create balance should be considered. Pay special attention to the balance between work and family life.

Objective: Accountability is one of the perquisites of modern governance today, so the main purpose of this study was to investigate the accountability system in physical education departments and higher education institutions, and to design a productivity management model based on accountability.
Methodology: This research work adopted a mixed methology (qualitative-quantitative), and falls into the category of applied research in terms of its objective. The statistical population of the research work in the qualitative section consisted of practicing and academic experts in universities at their departments of physical education and in higher education institutions; and in the quantitative section, it consisted of the all heads and deputies at the General Department of Physical Education of the Student Affairs Organization (86 individuals) and deputies and senior experts at the physical education departments in universities and higher education institutions (31 provinces), who were identified and selected through the cluster-sampling method. In the qualitative section, the authors conducted a systematic analysis based on the grounded theory (Strauss and Corbin's paradigm model, 2006). In the quantitative section, the authors developed a questionnaire based on the findings of the qualitative section, and after confirming the construct validity through confirmatory factor analysis, examined the fit of the obtained quantitative model based on structural equation modeling using the Smart PLS software.
Results: Inefficiency of the accountability system in physical education departments and higher education institutions is evident. The results helped identify causal factors, contextual factors, intervening factors, strategies, and outcomes related to the productivity model based on the accountability system. The causal factors addressed the inefficiency of systems, organizational aspects, work autonomy, work support aspects, inefficiency, financial aspects, and lack of institutional accountability. The contextual factors addressed the technical, human, and cultural aspects. The intervening factors addressed structural conditions, infrastructures, and the accountability process. Taking initiatives such as micro-, mid-, and macro-level strategies could pave the way to achieving outcomes such as transparency, improved performance, higher degrees of trust, enhanced motivation, greater effectiveness of the measures, and to prevent loss of resources and capabilities.
Conclusion: Reorganization of the administrative system of the physical education departments and higher education institutions, development of individual and organizational accountability, training of human resources and meritocracy, development of an accountability culture in the organization, and attention to infrastructures and financial aspects are among the practical research suggestions.

Summary
The purpose of this work was to identify and model the factors affecting the branding of the personality traits of the volunteers in the sports events. The approach of the present research work was qualitative, and in terms of purpose, it was a developmental research that was conducted using the grounded theory. The findings showed three factors as the causal conditions, five factors as the contextual conditions, and six factors as the intervening conditions for the branding personality traits of the sports volunteers in the Iranian sporting events. It is suggested that in order to brand the personality of the sports volunteers, great importance should be given to the behaviors of the volunteers, and efforts should be made to promote their individual and social behavior.
Introduction
Nowadays, branding for sports personalities has increased, and branding different products has become very important. This type of branding also has many advantages for the personalities that have been shown in various studies (1). If the sports volunteers work to strengthen their brand and put a good and lasting image of themselves in the minds of the sports managers, not only will they never be forgotten but they can continue to shine and last for many years at the sporting events. Therefore, considering the importance of branding the personality traits of sports volunteers, creating a favorable image of the sports volunteers to sports and guidance available to the managers of the sports institutions and organizations to select sports volunteering will help, this work seeks to analyze the factors affecting the branding of personality traits of the volunteers in the sports events.
Methodology and Approach
The approach of the present research work was qualitative, and from the viewpoint of purpose, it was of the type of developmental research, which was done by the grounded theory method with the approach of Strauss and Corbin. In this research work, a systematic method attributed to Strauss and Corbin was used in order to analyze the data. The systematic method itself has the three main stages of open coding, axial coding, and selective coding (2). This method is used when there has not been much research work in this field before, and there is no specific pattern for it, and the existing patterns do not help to solve the problem (3). The data collection method was the semi-structured interviews. The interview process was conducted with 15 experts including the organizers of the sporting events, the people who had volunteered at the sporting events, and the professors who specialized in branding. The sampling method was snowball, and continued until the theoretical saturation of the data. Half of the interviews were conducted in person, and the other half through WhatsApp cyberspace and recording and sending voice in such a way that the questions were asked and the interviewer recorded and sent his explanations. In order to prevent bias in the analysis of the qualitative data and research validity, two independent coders were used, and finally, based on the internal agreement of the two coders, the categories and codes were categorized. It is worth mentioning that the interviews were as follow: with 6 professors of sports management who were specialized in sports marketing, with 2 professors of sports psychology to give complete information about the internal angles and personality, 5 organizers of the sports events who had a history of supervising all competitions, chairing the volunteer committee and chairing the public relations, and advertising committee, and with 3 people who had a history of volunteering in at least two university sports events.
Results and Conclusion
As a general conclusion, it should be noted that the sports volunteers, despite the fact that they may be considered insignificant and their personality issues are not taken into account, it is clear that the volunteers are an integral part of the sports and sporting events, so their personality traits should be considered. It is suggested that in order to brand the personality of the sports volunteers, great importance should be given to the behaviors of the volunteers, and efforts should be made to promote their individual and social behaviors. Since the contextual conditions also has the greatest role compared to the causal and intervening conditions, attention to them is also a priority. Since the intervening conditions play the most important role in determining the strategies, it is suggested that in order to improve the level of the sports volunteers, to promote public and professional relations, their individual characteristics such as personal ability, knowledge, and skills should be considered. For this reason, before holding the sporting events, the training classes should be held, and each sports volunteer should be employed in different parts according to their abilities in order to increase the efficiency of the sports volunteers. It is also suggested that the best volunteers promote the sporting events to boost their morale and motivate other volunteers to higher positions in the subsequent events or to be introduced to the international events such as the Olympics and the Asian Games, which attract the volunteers from all over the world. Use the sports volunteers with a positive track record in the future events but not just as a volunteer force. Rather, give them a more formal authority to encourage the other sports volunteers to promote them. It is also recommended that there is a constant communication with the candidates, give people a professional personality, and apply their viewpoint, and certification and scoring should be on the agenda. It is in this way that the spirit of volunteering is institutionalized in the society and sports of the country.

Objective: The purpose of the current research work was to identify the strategies and consequences of utilizing the appropriate human resources in physical education institutions of universities.
Methodology: In order to achieve this goal, the qualitative methodology and the research method of grounded theory were used, and in terms of purpose, it was an applied research. The research population included the physical education elites in college sports (including the senior executives from the physical education offices of the universities and experts from the Ministry of Sports and Youth), and the samples were taken theoretically and snowball. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview, and the data from the interviews was analyzed and coded in a context-based way.
Results: The results of the grouping of codes represented 9 main categories, 46 sub-categories, and 58 concepts that were presented in the form of a paradigmatic model including the strategies (strategic thinking, organizational transformation, and organizational innovation). The consequences, i.e. development of organization culture, organizational development, productivity, development Social, environmental category, and strategic thinking, emerged in college sports organizations.
Conclusion: Considering the range of audiences and clients of college sports that include students, staff, and professors as well as the attractive and alternative options for the existing college sports, if the custodians of college sports can not provide (via relying on human resource competencies and implementing strategies such as strategic thinking, organizational transformation, and organizational innovation) a field for the development of organizational culture, organizational development, productivity, and social development, the development of ideological thinking and focus on the environmental issues will not be able to satisfy the consumers. Therefore, it is recommended that the top managers of college sports carry out the planned plans in order to identify and implement the necessary competencies for college sports staff and to recruit human resources based on competencies.
