The statistical population consisted of the active coaches of sport boards in the Markazi Province (2188) coaches, 327 of which were selected by stratified random sampling as the statistical sample. The data was collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. The contet validity of the questionnaire was checked with 10 persons of the faculty members. The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed using the Cronbach's alpha test. The data was analyzed using the t-test and the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis test. <strong>Results:</strong> According to the results obtained, 34 indicators were confirmed in 8 factors including relying on God, fair play, patriotic, honesty, legality and health work, coherence and empathy, trust and coherence, and financial transparency and healthy relationships for ethical charter of the sport coaches in the Markazi sport boards. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The ethical charter pattern developed for the coaches in the Markazi Province sport boards was fit goodness. Hence, it is suggested that the ethical charter be used to promote ethics in the coaching profession. چکیده <br />هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تدوین منشور اخلاقی مربیان هیات‌های ورزشی استان مرکزی بود. <br />روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی و از نظر هدف کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مربیان فعال هیات‌های ورزشی در کل استان مرکزی (2188 نفر) بودند که 327 نفر از آنها به صورت نمونه‌گیری تصادفی سهمیه‌ای به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده‌های پژوهش از پرسشنامه‌ محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه‌ توسط 10 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه و پایایی آن از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ ارزیابی شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های t و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی تحلیل شدند. <br />یافته‌ها: طبق نتایج پژوهش، 34 شاخص بر روی 8 عامل توکل به خدا، ورزش جوانمردانه، میهن دوستی، صداقت، قانون‌پذیری و سلامت کار، انسجام و همدلی، امانتداری و شجاعت، و شفافیت مالی و روابط سالم به عنوان عامل‌های منشور اخلاقی مربیان شناسایی و تایید شدند. <br />نتیجه‌گیری: الگوی شناسایی شده برای تدوین منشور اخلاقی مربیان هیات‌های ورزشی استان مرکزی از برازش مناسب برخوردار بود. از این رو، پیشنهاد می‌شود منشور اخلاقی تدوین شده توسط هیات‌های مذکور برای ارتقای اخلاق در حرفه مربیگری مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. https://shm.shahroodut.ac.ir/article_1536_c2b71167aaee3bfaa37c31d45f36decf.pdf
