The statistical population of this research included male and female tuition physical education teachers employed in elementary and secondary schools in Golestan province (N=227). All statistical population members were considered samples, and ultimately, 209 completed questionnaires were collected. The data collection tools of the research included questionnaires on job insecurity (Blotenberg & Richter, 2020), emotional exhaustion (Hills, 2014) and deviant behaviours (Țuclea et al., 2015). Five sports management experts confirmed the validity of the questionnaires. In a preliminary study, Cronbach's alpha coefficients were estimated as 0.77, 0.82, and 0.79 for job insecurity, emotional exhaustion, and deviant behaviours, respectively. The obtained data were analyzed descriptively (mean, standard deviation and percentage of variance) and inferentially (structural equation modelling). <strong>Results: </strong>The research showed that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on the emotional exhaustion of tuition physical education teachers. Also, the lack of job security has a positive and significant effect on deviant behaviours in the work environment of tuition physical education teachers. Finally, the positive and significant effect of job insecurity on deviant behaviours in the work environment of tuition physical education teachers with the mediating role of emotional exhaustion was confirmed. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Based on the findings of this research, it can be concluded that ignoring the job security of physical education teachers can cause emotional exhaustion over time and increase the possibility of them engaging in deviant behaviours. Therefore, creating a supportive environment for tuition physical education teachers and developing policies regarding changing their status in the Ministry of Education is suggested. <strong>هدف:</strong> این پژوهش با هدف مطالعه نقش ناامنی شغلی در خستگی عاطفی و رفتارهای انحرافی در محیط کار معلمان تربیت‌بدنی حق‌التدریس انجام شد. <strong>روش‌شناسی:</strong> این مطالعه کاربردی با بهره‌گیری از روش تحقیق پیمایشی اجرا شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل معلمان تربیت‌بدنی حق‌التدریس زن و مرد شاغل در مدارس ابتدایی و متوسطه استان گلستان بود (227N=). تمامی اعضای جامعه آماری به عنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شدند و در نهایت 209 پرسش‌نامه تکمیل شده گردآوری شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش شامل پرسش‌نامه‌های ناامنی شغلی (بلوتنبرگ و ریچتر، 2020)، خستگی عاطفی (هیلز، 2014) و رفتارهای انحرافی (توسلئا و همکاران، 2015) بود. روایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها توسط پنج متخصص مدیریت ورزشی تأیید شد و در یک مطالعه مقدماتی ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ 77/0، 82/0 و 79/0 به ترتیب برای متغیرهای ناامنی شغلی، خستگی عاطفی و رفتارهای انحرافی برآورد شد. داده‌های به دست آمده به شکل توصیفی (میانگین، انحراف معیار و درصد فراوانی) و استنباطی (معادلات ساختاری) تحلیل شدند. <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، اثر ناامنی شغلی بر خستگی عاطفی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی حق‌التدریس مثبت و معنی‌دار است؛ همچنین نتایج مشخص نمود، ناامنی شغلی بر رفتارهای انحرافی در محیط کار معلمان تربیت‌بدنی حق‌التدریس اثر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد. در نهایت، اثر مثبت و معنی‌دار ناامنی شغلی بر رفتارهای انحرافی در محیط کار معلمان تربیت‌بدنی حق‌التدریس با نقش میانجی خستگی عاطفی تأیید گردید. <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌توان چنین نتیجه‌گیری کرد که نادیده گرفتن امنیت شغلی در معلمان تربیت‌بدنی می‌تواند به مرور زمان موجب خستگی عاطفی این معلمان شده و احتمال درگیر شدن آن‌ها در رفتارهای انحرافی را افزایش دهد؛ لذا ایجاد یک محیط حمایتی برای معلمان تربیت‌بدنی حق‌التدریس و تدوین سیاست‌هایی در خصوص تبدیل وضعیت این معلمان در وزارت آموزش و پرورش پیشنهاد می‌گردد. https://shm.shahroodut.ac.ir/article_3245_00de66510a1245377d68443ad61cbabf.pdf
