In the winter of 2014, the journal named “Human resource management in sports” with scientific journal has been published biannual (winter. summer) up to now. This journal is indexed based on the certificated of the regional science and technology library in the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC)and it has succeeded in obtaining the impact factor (IF) in the citation center Islamic World Sciences.

 

The Digital Object Identifier (DOI) code will be activated in journal system automatically for articles that will be published in the next six months. To get this code, scholars can refer to the “articles ready for publication” section.

 

 

The journal obeys international law against scientific abuse including data fabrication, misquotation, plagiarism, and so on.

During the review and refereeing process, every suspected action will be investigated according to instruction of the scientific Committee On Publication Ethics (COPE).

The Shahrood university of Technology has the copyright of all published items. Though, according to open access publication law, all studies published in this journal are freely accessible to the public on the journal’s website.

 

Names and email addresses entered on this website are confidential and will only be used in journals of Shahrood university of Technology and are not accessible to any other person or organization.

 

According to the approval of the Publications Review commission, the scientific journals of that organization cannot assign more than ten percent of the printed articles in a year to articles by the same author. According to this section of the regulations and according to the internal regulations of the publishing council of Shahrood University of Technology, each author has a maximum of 3 articles under review and ready to published in the journal and until the assignment is determined or other articles are published, the journal cannot accept a new article from him/ her in the review process. And for the accepted articles, each author will not publish more than one article per year, except for special cases.
