General principle

Scholars can send their scientific papers and articles in the field of human recourse management in sports to the journal for review and publication.

  • The submitted articles must be (original article) or review.
  • The review article will only be accepted by experienced researchers who are expert in the subject of article.
  • The article must be submitted through the journal’s website and must not be submitted to another journal or previously published. Simultaneous submission of articles to other journals is also not allowed.
  • It is mandatory to send the completed publication request from and commitment latter along with the article. (the publication request form is available on the website of the journal)
  • Received articles are reviewed by two to three referees and the results of the umpire will be announced in written form to the responsible author (sender of the article)
  • The dead line for submitting the revised article after receiving the referee’s opinion is a maximum of two months.
  • The journal has no obligation to publish or return the received articles.
  • In the case that article has been presented in other scientific conferences and meetings before being sent to the journal, it should be announced by mentioning the date of presentation and the full characteristics of the conference.
  • The author(s) is responsible for the validity of article and the journal is not responsible in this regard.
  • If the editor or reviewer of journal demands to send them some documents of the article such as questionnaires, licenses, introduction, etc., it is necessary to obey.
  • The article must be written in fluent prose in the Persian language common in scientific journal and publication. By the way, journal is free to edit accepted articles. It is suggested that the article be edited by one of the literary experts of the author’s choice before sending it.
  • It is required to follow the Persian language and literature academy’s Persian script.
  • In the case that the article is not edited according to guide lines of this journal, the editor of the journal is allowed to send the article back for editing without reviewing the referees.
  • The journal will not take any responsibility for the delay in the publication of the article caused by noncompliance with this guide.

All the articles that are registered electronically in the system of the journal of Human Resources Management in sports are first reviewed by the editor of the journal and if they meet the necessary criteria, they enter the referee process. These anonymous articles will be evaluated by 3 referees selected by the editor and the editorial board and the responsible author will be informed of the acceptance, rejection or need to revise by the viewers immediately. If the article is completely in accordance with the items mentioned in this guide and receives the full acceptance of referees, it will be published after the final opinion of the editor and editorial board. If the responsible author does not make the changes requested by the reviewers and experts of the journal within 30 days and send them through system, the article will be removed from the review and refereeing process.
