Acceptance criteria of articles for review (reasons for rejecting without refereeing) 

  • The originality of the article
  • Subject correspondence of the submitted articles with the essence of the journal
  • Innovation in submitted articles
  • Utilizing correct and new research method
  • Applying scientific methods in writing an article
  • Based on the general format of writing an article according to the format of the journal

                   

 

 

  Refereeing

The process of referee:

The refereeing of the articles in this journal is closed and the names of the authors are secret for the referee and the names of the referees are secret for the authors.

The review of articles in this journal is that first, the article is reviewed according to the standard of the journal, and if approved, it is sent to editor.

The articles will be given to the referees if they are consistent with the journal’s content and after new ideas or useful advice to further the journal’s objectives; if not; they will be rejected without going through the refereeing process.

The article approved by the editor is sent to three referees, and after receiving two similar votes, the result of the article is reported to the editor.

The final decision regarding the rejection or acceptance of the article is the responsibility of the editor and the members of the editorial board.

 

 

Ethical requirement of referees:       

Referee should be responsible, responsive , punctual, truthful, interested, and adhere to professional ethics and respect the rights of others.

Citation of valid and appropriate evidence, fairness, politeness, avoiding bias and prejudice and haste, along with a clear statement for the editor about the article for publication in the journal are other characteristics of the referees.

After reviewing the summary of the article, the referees must immediately inform the journal of their decision to accept or reject the referee (due to the article not being in the referee’s field of work, lack of time, etc.)

In the following cases, it is appropriate for referees to withdraw from referee the article sent to them:

 

  • Articles that are not in her/his field of expertise.
  • Articles in which the interests of certain individuals,institutions and companies or personal relationships are observed.
  • Articles with which she/he has a fundamental disagreement and may not be able to conduct a fair review on them.

 

 

Articles refereeing criteria:      

  • Documenting articles and the productivity of modern findings.
  • The scientific method of research (introduction, objects, problem statement, conclusion)
  • The degree of innovation and originality
  • The necessity and priority of the subject
  • Compliance with the principle of writing
  • Coherence and eloquence of the article
  • The quantity of the volume of the article
  • The quality of resources and sources
  • Match the title with the content of the article
