چکیده

مقدمه و هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی ویژگیهای انتخاب منابع انسانی فدراسیون‌ کشتی عراق بود.

روش شناسی: از رویکرد کیفی و از روش گراندد تئوری در این پژوهش بهره گرفته شد. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و تکنیک گلوله برفی مصاحبه های کیفی نیمه ساختار یافته عمیقی با 16 نفر از جامعه پژوهش که شامل کلیه مدیران ستادی وزارت ورزش، هیات رئیسه فدراسیون‌ کشتی و اساتید مدیریت ورزشی کشور عراق بودند، تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری و تکرار اطلاعات قبلی صورت پذیرفت.

نتایج: یافته های حاصل از کدگذاری محوری نشان داد که در مجموع 58 مضمون در قالب 9 ویژگی‌ توجه کننده به مسائل اجتماعی، توجه کننده به منابع، توجه کننده به زیر ساخت، تبلیغ کننده، همکاری و مشارکت، نوآور و خلاق، آموزش پذیر و علمی، مسئولیت پذیر، پاسخگو، داشتن توانایی فردی؛ از جمله مهم‏ترین ویژگیهای انتخاب منابع انسانی فدراسیون‌ کشتی عراق وجود دارد.

نتیجهگیری: در یک نتیجه گیری کلی باید بیان کرد کارشناسان منابع انسانی باید از تفکر انتقادی برخوردار باشند تا بتوانند با بررسی تمام جوانب یک مسئله، درست‌ترین تصمیم را اتخاذ کنند. کارکنان بخش منابع انسانی با اسناد و مدارک زیادی سر و کار دارند و باید تغییرات این اسناد را پیوسته دنبال کنند. به همین خاطر این اطلاعات باید به صورت منظم نگهداری شوند تا همیشه در دسترس باشند. منابع انسانی در طول هفته جلسات متعددی با مدیران و کارجویان برگزار می‌کنند؛ بنابراین باید برنامه هفتگی منظم و دقیقی داشته باشند.
