چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی عوامل موثر در انتقال بازیکنان فوتبال از سطح مبتدی به حرفه‌ای در فوتبال ایران بود.
روش‌شناسی: روش تحقیق به شیوه کیفی و مبتنی بر نظریه‌پردازی داده‌بنیاد بود. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات به روش گلیزر (1992) انجام شد. جامعه آماری متشکل از کلیه صاحب‌نظران و خبرگان فوتبال (مربیان حرفه‌ای، کارشناسان فوتبال، مدیران‌ ورزشی فدراسیون فوتبال، ادارات ورزش و جوانان، باشگاه‌ها و آکادمی‌های حرفه‌ای و اساتید مدیریت‌ورزشی) بودند. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند انجام شد که با انجام 31 مصاحبه، اشباع نظری حاصل شد. به‌منظور گردآوری اطلاعات در مرحله اول به‌صورت کتابخانه‌ای به مطالعه و بررسی کتب، مقالات، اسناد و سایت‌های اینترنتی پرداخته شد. سپس مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختار‌یافته برنامه‌ریزی و با توجه به شرایط کرونایی به صورت تماس‌ تلفنی و با استفاده از فضای ‌مجازی صورت پذیرفت. جهت سنجش روایی و پایایی از مقبولیت، قابلیت انتقال و تایید‌پذیری استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: از تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها 245 کد اولیه شناسایی شد. بر اساس تکراری بودن بعضی از آن‌ها و بر اساس کدگذاری باز، 120 کد مستقل اولیه ایجاد شد و 20 مقوله فرعی و 4 مقوله اصلی (عوامل فنی، آکادمیک و استعدادیابی، سازمانی و منابع‌انسانی) به عنوان عوامل انتقال بازیکنان فوتبال از سطح مبتدی به حرفه‌ای در ایران شناسایی شدند.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های تحقیق می‌توان با در نظر گرفتن عوامل متعدد مدیریتی از جمله توسعه‌ عوامل فنی و ورزشی، نظارت بر آکادمی‌ها و مدارس فوتبال و امر استعدادیابی، بررسی سازمان‌های ورزشی مربوطه و در نهایت توانمندسازی نیروی انسانی در حیطه‌ فوتبال و نیز یافتن عوامل کلیدی مهم و تاثیر‌گذار برای رویایی با چالش‌ها و انتقال بازیکنان فوتبال جوان، به‌ویژه خلاهای موجود در زمینه عوامل فنی و آکادمیک، کمک شایانی تا رسیدن به مرحله حرفه‌ای و نخبه‌شدن آنها کرد.
