چکیده

هدف: هدف از تحقیق حاضر تدوین مدل فضیلت سازمانی بر اساس اخلاق حرفه‌ای و عدالت سازمانی کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان چهارمحال و بختیاری بود.

روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نحوة گردآوری اطلاعات، میدانی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان چهارمحال و بختیاری (161 نفر) بوده است. نمونه آماری بصورت کل شمار و برابر با جامعه آماری انتخاب شده است. ابزار تحقیق شامل پرسشنامه‌های عدالت سازمانی نیهوف و مورمن (2006)، اخلاق حرفه‌ای کرستن و همکاران (2011) و فضیلت سازمانی کامرون و همکاران (2004) بود که روایی و پایایی آنها مورد تاٌیید قرار گرفت. در تحقیق حاضر به‌منظور تعیین روایی پرسشنامه‌ها از روایی محتوا و سازه استفاده شد. همینطور به‌منظور سنجش پایایی از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی استفاده شد که یافته‌ها بیانگر پایا و روا بودن ابزار اندازه‌گیری بود (آلفای کرونباخ کلی، 0.88 به دست آمد) برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی، مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزارهای Smart PLS2 وSPSS19 استفاده گردید.

یافته‌ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی تحقیق از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است. بین عدالت و فضیلت سازمانی ارتباط مستقیم و معنادار وجود دارد و تقریباً 60 درصد از این ارتباط از طریق متغیر میانجی اخلاق حرفه‌ای کارکنان تبیین می-شود.

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌ها، نتیجه گرفته می‌شود عدالت سازمانی از طریق افزایش اخلاق حرفه‌ای باعث توسعه فضلیت سازمانی گردد و مدیران جهت افزایش فضیلیت سازمانی باید به تقویت اخلاق حرفه‌ای و عدالت سازمانی اهتمام ویژه داشته باشند.
