چکیده

هدف:هدف از این پژوهش، تعیین تاثیر هوش استراتژیک مدیران برعملکردسازمانی کمیته ملّی اُلمپیک ایران بانقش میانجی‌ مزیت رقابتی پایداربود.

روش‌شناسی:پژوهش حاضراز لحاظ هدف ازنوع تحقیقات کاربردی، از نظرماهیت و محتوایی ازنوع توصیفی همبستگی و از حیث گردآوری داده‌ها بصورت میدانی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را مدیران،کارشناسان و اعضای مجمع عمومی کمیته ملّی اُلمپیک ایران تشکیل دادند.همچنین تعیین حجم نمونه بصورت تمام شمار صورت پذیرفت. از این رو تعداد 90 پرسشنامه تکمیل و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. به منظور جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از سه پرسشنامه هوش استراتژیک مَک‌کوبی (2004) و عملکرد سازمانی کاپلان و نورتن (2001)، به همراه پرسشنامه مزیت رقابتی پایدار در پژوهش یو و همکاران (2017) استفاده شد. روایی محتوایی و صوری پرسشنامه‌ها با نظر خواهی از 7 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی، و پایایی آن نیز با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. جهت بررسی و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی با رویکرد مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید.داده‌ها بااستفاده از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.

یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش تاثیر مستقیم و مثبت هوش استراتژیک بر عملکردسازمانی و مزیت رقابتی پایدار و همچنین اثرگذاری مستقیم و مثبت مزیت رقابتی پایدار بر عملکردسازمانی را نشان داد. علاوه بر این، نقش میانجی مزیت رقابتی پایدار در تاثیر هوش استراتژیک مدیران بر عملکرد سازمانی مورد تایید قرار گرفت.

نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین، مدیران و تصمیم‌گیران کمیته ملّی اُلمپیک ایران می‌توانند با استفاده از ظرفیت هوش استراتژیک و ابعاد آن در سطح مجموعه، زمینه را برای ایجادحفظ مزیت رقابتی به منظور افزایش عملکرد سازمانی فراهم نمایند
