چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی ارتباط تئوری خودمختاری با مشارکت و کمال‌گرایی با نقش تعدیل‌گری خلاقیت در ورزشکاران شهر ارومیه می‌باشد.

روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر کاربردی، از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی- پیمایشی بود که بصورت میدانی انجام شد. جامعه آماری ورزشکاران والیبال شهر ارومیه بودند که در سال 1401 برابر با 1216 نفر بودند. نمونه آماری با کمک جدول مورگان به تعداد 293 نفر به روش تصادفی خوشه‌ای چندمرحله ای انتخاب گردید. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه‌های کمال‌گرایی (گاتوالز و دان، 2009)، خلاقیت (دی لیلو و هوتون، 2008)، مشارکت (لانسدال، هاج و جکسون، 2007)، خودمختاری (تأمین نیازهای بنیادی) (لانسدال و هاج، 2011) و عدم تأمین نیازهای بنیادی در ورزش (بارتولومیو و همکاران، 2011) بودند. پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها با آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 75/0، 79/0، 76/0، 98/0، 79/0 برآورد شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با نرم-افزارهای SPSSV25 و Smart-PLS.3.2.8 انجام شد.

یافته‌ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بین تأمین نیاز و عدم تامین نیاز با مشارکت و کمال‌گرایی در ورزشکاران رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد و بین خلاقیت و مشارکت در ورزشکاران رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد ولی بین خلاقیت و کمال‌گرایی رابطه معنی‌داری وجود ندارد. همچنین خلاقیت در رابطه بین تأمین نیاز و عدم تأمین نیاز با مشارکت در ورزش نقش تعدیل‌گری ایفا می‌کند ولی در رابطه بین تأمین نیاز و عدم تأمین نیاز با کمال‌گرایی در ورزش نقش تعدیل‌گری ایفا نمیکند.

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه و تأمین نیازهای بنیادی و همچنین فراهم کردن شرایط جهت شکوفایی خلاقیت والیبالیست‌ها، می‌توان میزان کمال‌گرایی و مشارکت ورزشی آن‌ها را بهبود ساخت.
