Abstract
Objective: This research aimed to analyze and identify the light triad of personality, investigating its impact on flip management among managers, with family cohesion in sports managers serving as a mediating role.
Methodology: This study was a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) and exploratory type of research that was conducted in the field. In the qualitative part, the data were collected through interviews with sports management experts and sports psychologists using a semi-structured interview method and analyzed using Glaser's grounded theory method. Then, evaluation and ranking were done by using the interpretive structural combined method - Fuzzy Dematel. In the quantitative part, the researcher-made questionnaire was distributed among 234 sports managers after verifying its validity and reliability. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling by MaxQDA 2020 and SmartPLS3 software.
Results: The results of the qualitative part showed that the light triad of sports managers' personality includes six main components, and in the stratification of these factors, personal strength, adaptability, and support at the first level, empathic communication and emotional intelligence at the second level, and communication skills at the third level. Were placed. The results of the quantitative part showed that the manifestation of the clear triad of personality has a positive and significant effect on the management of flipping, and family cohesion plays a mediating role in this relationship.
Conclusion: This research demonstrated that the positive personality traits of sports managers significantly contribute to effective management, with this effect being further strengthened by family cohesion. Moreover, in the selection and evaluation of sports managers, in addition to technical skills, positive personality traits, and the ability to create balance should be considered. Pay special attention to the balance between work and family life.
