ارائه مدلی برای مدیریت بازنشستگی ورزشی

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش ارائه مدل مدیریت بازنشستگی ورزشی بود. این پژوهش دارای ماهیتی اکتشافی و کاربردی، پاردایم مشارکت‌سازی و برساخت‌گرا و رویکردی استقرایی است که به صورت کیفی و با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیل مضمون انجام گرفته است. مشارکت‌کنندگان از ورزشکاران بازنشسته و متخصصان ورزشی تشکیل شده بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان بر اساس ترکیبی از روش‌های نمونه‌گیری گلوله‌برفی، هدفمند و ملاک‌محور انتخاب شدند. گردآوری داده‌ها با استفاده از مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختار یافته تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انجام گرفت. در مجموع 15 مصاحبه انجام شد و داده‌ها با روش تحلیل مضمون تحلیل شدند. در مجموع تعداد 78 مقوله فرعی به دست آمد که در 7 مقوله اصلی طبقه‌بندی شدند. مقوله‌های اصلی نیز دو مضمون مدیریت پیش از بازنشستگی و مدیریت پس از بازنشستگی را شکل دادند. مقوله‌های «برنامه‌ریزی شغلی»، «برنامه‌ریزی اقتصادی»، «پیشگیری و درمان آسیب‌های ورزشی» و «آماده‌سازی ورزشکاران»، مضمون مدیریت پیش از بازنشستگی و مقوله‌های «برنامه‌های حمایتی»، «برنامه‌های مداخله‌ای» و «آموزش و مشاوره» مضمون مدیریت پس از بازنشستگی را تشکیل دادند. در نهایت با تعیین و تشکیل شبکه ارتباط مضامین و مقوله‌ها و با در نظر گرفتن ارکانی که در مدیریت بازنشستگی ورزشی نقش دارند، مدلی برای مدیریت بازنشستگی ورزشی ارائه گردید. برای مدیریت موفق بازنشستگی ورزشی نیاز است پیش و پس از بازنشستگی، تعامل و همکاری مناسبی میان ورزشکاران و سازمان‌های ورزشی وجود داشته باشد. مدل پژوهش حاضر می‌تواند بینشی را در آنها ایجاد کند که با تعامل یکدیگر و با به کارگیری تکنیک‌ها و استراتژی‌های مؤثر، از وقوع بحران بازنشستگی پیشگیری نموده یا بحران ایجاد شده را برطرف نمایند.
