چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، مطالعه اثر مهارت مربیگری مدیران بر رفتار جستجوی بازخورد معلمان تربیت‌بدنی با نقش میانجی اعتماد عاطفی بود.

روش شناسی: جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه معلمان تربیت‌بدنی استان گلستان (655 معلم) بود که برحسب فرمول کوکران، 243 نفر به‌شیوه انتخاب تصادفی خوشه‌ای به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌های تحقیق، از پرسش‌‌نامه‌های مهارت مربیگری مدیران پارک و همکاران (2008)، اعتماد عاطفی مک‌آلیستر (1995) و رفتار جستجوی بازخورد ماس و همکاران (2003) استفاده شد. همچنین برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از دو روش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده گردید.

یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد مهارت مربیگری مدیران اثری مثبت و معنی‌دار بر رفتار جستجوی بازخورد دارد (317/0=β، 048/4=t). دیگر یافته تحقیق نشان داد مهارت مربیگری مدیران اثر معنی‌داری بر اعتماد عاطفی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی دارد (830/0=β، 568/35=t). بخش دیگری از نتایج پژوهش نشان داد اثر اعتماد عاطفی بر رفتار جستجوی بازخورد، مثبت و معنی‌دار است (589/0=β، 889/8=t). در نهایت نتایج نشان داد اثر مهارت مربیگری مدیران بر رفتار جستجوی بازخورد معلمان تربیت‌بدنی با نقش میانجی اعتماد عاطفی معنی‌داری نمی‌باشد (018/0=β، 063/1=t).

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به‌نتایج تحقیق می‌توان چنین نتیجه‌گیری کرد مهارت مربیگری مدیران به‌صورت جداگانه اثری مثبت بر رفتار جستجوی بازخورد و اعتماد عاطفی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی دارد؛ اما اثر مهارت مربیگری مدیران بر رفتار جستجوی بازخورد معلمان تربیت‌بدنی با نقش میانجی اعتماد عاطفی معنی‌دار نمی‌باشد.
