چکیده

هدف: هدف این تحقیق طراحی مدل ار تباطی مدیریت کوانتومی با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی وعدالت سازمانی کارکنان وزارت ورزش عراق بود.
روش شناسی: روش پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه‌ جمع‌آوری داده­ها توصیفی ـ پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر کلیه کارمندان و مدیران وزارت ورزش کشورعراق به تعداد 496 نفر بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس تعداد 392 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌های تحقیق از پرسشنامه رفتار شهروندی سازمانی پادساکوف (2000)، عدالت سازمانی نیهوف و مورمن (1993) و مهارت‌های کوانتومی مدیریت، شلتون و دارلینگ (۲۰۰۰) استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی با استفاده از نظرات 10 نفر از متخصصین مدیریت ورزشی تایید گردید و پایایی کلی پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب، 884/0، 919/0 و 893/0 به دست آمد. جهت تحلیل داده­ها از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد، بین مدیریت کوانتومی با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و عدالت سازمانی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. بین عدالت سازمانی و رفتار شهروند سازمانی رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد و عدالت سازمانی نقش میانجی در ارتباط بین مدیریت کوانتومی با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین می‌توان اظهار کرد، هر چه مدیران وزارت ورزش عراق از شیوه‌های مدیریت کوانتومی استفاده کنند، میزان رفتار شهروند سازمانی کارکنان نیز افزایش پیدا می‌کند. با این حال باید زمینه عدالت سازمانی فراهم شود تا اثرات مدیریت کوانتومی بر رفتار شهروندی مشهود باشد، لذا با پیاده‌سازی مدیریت کوانتومی در بستر عدالت سازمانی، وزارت ورزش عراق می‌تواند به بهبود عملکرد سازمانی و افزایش رفتار شهروند سازمانی کارکنان دست یابد.
