چکیده
هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف تحلیل نقش تاب‌آوری و بلوغ فردی در خودکارآمدی معلمان تربیت بدنی در شرایط پاندمی کووید_19 انجام شد.
روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی معلمان تربیت بدنی استان خراسان رضوی در سال تحصیلی 1400ـ1399 بود و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای 550 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. داده‌های مورد نیاز برای تحلیل مدل نظری با استفاده از سه پرسشنامه خودکارآمدی معلم شانن ـ موران و وولفولک (2001)، بلوغ فردی سلطانی و بهرامی‌نژاد (1389) و تاب‌آوری کونور و دیویدسن (2003)، گردآوری شدند. برای محاسبة پایایی ابزار از روش آلفای کرونباخ و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از روش معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: مدل معادلة ساختاری نشان داد، تاب‌آوری و بلوغ فردی معلمان نقش مثبت و مؤثری بر خودکارآمدی آنان در شرایط بحرانی دارند. به‌علاوه اثر غیرمستقیم تاب‌آوری بر خودکارآمدی معلمان معنادار بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر این اساس، آنچه به مدیران و مسئولان در آموزش و پرورش کمک می‌کند تا در هنگام بروز رویدادهای غیرمنتظره و شرایط بحران، کارآمدی و توانایی معلمان خود را حفظ کنند، ویژگی‌های مربوط به تاب‌آوری، بلوغ فردی، احساس خودکارآمدی و نگاه به آینده و واکنش مثبت نسبت به محیط است.
