چکیده
هدف: فعال‌سازی و بهره‌وری از سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی به عنوان یکی از مهمترین معیارهای رشد و ترقی سازمان‌های امروزی تلقی می‌شود. لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر ابعاد سیستم‌های اطلاعات مدیریت (سیستم پشتیبانی تصمیم‌گیری، سیستم اطلاعات اجرایی، سیستم پردازش عملیاتی و سیستم مدیریت اطلاعات) بر خلاقیت مبتنی بر فناوری (محصول خلاق و پردازش خلاق) منابع انسانی مجموعه‌های تفریحی ورزشی می‌باشد.
روش‌شناسی: جامعه آماری شامل 130 نفر از مدیران ستادی و صفی و همچنین پرسنل اجرایی ده مجموعه تفریحی ورزشی بود که به صورت هدفمند و تمام‌شمار انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پس از تایید پایایی درونی ابزار پژوهش به روش آلفای کرونباخ (89/0 – 71/0α=)، از نسخه اصلاح شده پرسشنامه سیستم اطلاعاتی ماساده (2013) و پرسشنامه خلاقیت مبتنی بر تکنولوژی ال‌شهر (2015) استفاده گردید. پس از اطمینان نکویی برازش مطلوب الگوی پژوهش، داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار لیزرل و اس پی اس اس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج آزمون رگرسون چندگانه نشان داد که سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی (05/0 ≥ Sigو 68/0 R2=) پیش‌بینی کننده قوی برای خلاقیت کارکنان می‌باشد. همچنین براساس تحلیل عاملی مولفه‌ها، سیستم مدیریت اطلاعات (73/0β=) و سیستم اطلاعات اجرایی (71/0β=) بیشترین تاثیر را بر خلاقیت کارکنان داشتند.
نتیجه‌گیری: بنابراین با توجه به نتایج تحقیق پیشنهاد می‌شود که مدیران مجموعه‌های ورزشی تفریحی می‌توانند از طریقاستقرار سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی و همچنین جذب نیروی انسانی ماهر و آشنا از طریق ارائه خدمات جدید، موقعیت و جایگاهی برتری را در بازار رقابت ایجاد کنند.
