چکیده

هدف: تناسب بین منابع استراتژیک سازمان درکنار بکارگیری سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی مبتنی بر فناوری اطلاعات، مولد خلاقیت در پردازش عملیات و به تبع آن ارائه محصول و خدمات جدید می‌باشد. لذا هدف از تحقیق حاضر پیش‌بینی ابعاد خلاقیت بر اساس حمایت مدیران ارشد با میانجی‌گری نقش هم‌افزایی ساختار سازمانی و تکنولوژی اطلاعات می‌باشد.

روش‌شناسی: نمونه‌آماری تحقیق 170n= نفر از کارکنان و مدیران ستادی ادارات ورزش و جوانان بودند که به صورت تصادفی- خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق نسخه اصلاح شده پرسشنامه حمایت مدیران ارشد رانا و تیپو (2013)، پرسشنامه هم‌افزایی ساختار سازمانی با تکنولوژی اطلاعات مانا (2012) و پرسشنامه خلاقیت کیم و همکاران (2012) بود. پس از اطمینان از روایی صوری و محتوایی، پایایی درونی پرسشنامه نیز از طریق خبرگان دانشگاهی به روش آلفای کرونباخ تایید گردید (79/0α>). داده‌ها با استفاده از تکنیک حداقل مربعات جزئی (Smart PLS) و نرم افزار اس‌پی‌اس‌اس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.

یافته‌ها: پس از اطمینان از نکویی برازش مدل با استفاده از شاخص‌های سه‌گانه فورنل و لارکر (ضرایب بارهای عاملی، شاخص پایایی ترکیبی و میانگین واریانس استخراجی) (4/0>β و 96/1 ±
