چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش تاب‌آوری بر بهزیستی روان‌شناختی و استرس ادراک‌شده مربیان والیبال انجام شد.

روش شناسی: پژوهش از نوع نیمه تجربی با پیش آزمون-پس‌آزمون و گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه مربیان والیبال مرد استان چهارمحال و بختیاری بودند، برای انتخاب نمونه پژوهش، ۳۰ نفر از مربیان فعال والیبال استان که دارای کارت مربیگری درجه دو به بالا بودند و به طور فعال مشغول به کار مربیگری بودند، انتخاب و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه تجربی و گواه قرار گرفتند (۱۵ نفر تجربی و ۱۵ نفر گواه). گروه تجربی تحت مداخله آموزش گروهی تاب‌آوری بر اساس نظریه هندرسون به مدت هشت جلسه ۹۰ دقیقه ای قرار گرفتند و گروه گواه هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکردند. از پرسشنامه بهزیستی روانشناختی ریف (۱۹۸۹) و پرسشنامه استرس ادراک‌شده کوهن (۱۹۸۳) برای جمع‌آوری داده ها استفاده شد. روایی ابزار توسط 10 نفر از اساتید خبره دانشگاهی و پایایی آن باروش آلفای کرونباخ تأیید گردید برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 24 استفاده شد.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که آموزش تاب‌آوری تأثیر معناداری بر میزان استرس ادراک شده (001/0=p، 25/30=F) و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی (001/0=p، 94/30=F) مربیان والیبال داشته است.

نتیجه‌گیری: گنجاندن آموزش تاب‌آوری در برنامه های آموزشی مربیان والیبال در کاهش استرس و افزایش بهزیستی روان‌شناختی آنان می تواند موثر باشد.
