چکیده

هدف تحقیق: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش مدیریت استعداد در حفظ و نگهداری بازیکنان فوتبال باشگاه‌های استان اصفهان انجام شد.

روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل مربیان و بازیکنان تیم‌های فوتبال استان اصفهان (800 نفر) بودند که نمونه به‌صورت طبقه‌ای نسبی(200 نفر) انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها به‌وسیله پرسشنامه مدیریت استعداد نیک پور (2017) و پرسشنامه حفظ و نگهداری قوسی و همکاران (2015) جمع‌آوری شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه به‌وسیله 10 نفر از متخصصان و پایایی به‌وسیله آلفای کرونباخ تأیید شد. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار اس.پی.اس.اس نسخه 16 و نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی.‌ال.‌اس نسخه 3 استفاده گردید.

نتایج تحقیق: نتایج نشان داد که مدیریت استعداد اثر مثبت و معناداری روی ابعاد حفظ و نگهداری بازیکنان دارد. این نتایج شامل اثر مثبت و معنادار مدیریت استعداد بر ترک نکردن باشگاه (43/0=β)، ثبات و امنیت شغلی (62/0=β) و خالی نماندن پست‌های تیم (56/0=β) بود.

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نقش مدیریت استعداد در حفظ و نگهداری بازیکنان در باشگاه‌های فوتبال می‌توان گفت مدیران باشگاه‌ها باید برنامه‌ریزی دقیقی برای مدیریت استعدادها در تمام سطوح داشته باشند تا بتوانند استعدادها را در باشگاه خود حفظ کرده و از خروج آن‌ها از باشگاه جلوگیری نمایند و هزینه‌های خرید بازیکنان جدید را از سایر استان‌ها کاهش دهند و عملکرد باشگاه در زمینه نقل‌وانتقالات و کاهش هزینه‌‌ها بهبود بخشند.
