چکیده

هدف: هدف اصلی این پژوهش، تعیین رابطه رهبری معنوی با رفتار پویای شغلی کارشناسان تربیت‌بدنی ادارات آموزش و پرورش با نقش میانجی ایمنی روانشناختی بود.

روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود که به صورت میدانی انجام شد و جامعه آماری آن شامل کلیه کارشناسان تربیت‌بدنی ادارات آموزش و پرورش کشور (1141 نفر) بود که 288 کارشناس به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. سه پرسش‌‌نامه‌ استاندارد رهبری معنوی فرای و همکاران (2005)، ایمنی روانشناختی ادموندسن و لی (2014) و رفتار پویای شغلی پارکر و همکاران (2008) جهت گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش استفاده شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش در دو بخش توصیفی و استنباطی انجام شد.

یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان دهنده رابطه مثبت و معنی‌دار بین رهبری معنوی و ایمنی روانشناختی بود (792/0=β، 680/35=t). همچنین بین رهبری معنوی و رفتار پویای شغلی کارشناسان تربیت‌بدنی رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری مشاهده گردید (315/0=β، 913/4=t). بخش دیگری از نتایج پژوهش نشان داد رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری بین ایمنی روانشناختی و رفتار پویای شغلی کارشناسان وجود دارد (552/0=β، 393/9=t). در نهایت نتایج نشان داد رابطه رهبری معنوی با رفتار پویای شغلی کارشناسان تربیت‌بدنی با نقش میانجی ایمنی روانشناختی، مثبت و معنی‌داری می‌باشد (581/0=β، 055/9=t).

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به‌نتایج پژوهش می‌توان چنین نتیجه‌گیری کرد استفاده مدیران از شیوه رهبری معنوی می‌تواند موجب افزایش ادراک ایمنی روانشناختی و رفتار پویای شغلی در کارشناسان تربیت‌بدنی ادارات آموزش و پرورش گردد.
