چکیده
هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش کیفی شناسایی معیارهای اولیه ورود به برنامه‌های آموزش رسمی مربی ورزشی بود.
روش‌شناسی: از یک طرح اکتشافی کیفی استفاده شد که در آن مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته مبنای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها بود. تحلیل مضمون به‌عنوان یک راهبرد تحلیلی برای شناسایی، سازمان‌دهی و یافتن الگوها یا مضامین برآمده از داده‌ها استفاده شد. هجده کارشناس مجرب در این پژوهش مشارکت نمودند که در گذشته و زمان انجام پژوهش، سابقه فعالیت و آموزش مربیگری در رشته‌های مختلف ورزشی داشتند.
یافته‌ها: سه مضمون اصلی سطح بالا شامل «پیش‌نیازها»، «مهارت‌های انسانی» و «اخلاق‌مداری» شناسایی شد. پیش‌نیازها، داشتن پیشینه مرتبط با رشته ورزشی مربوطه، علاقه و سن بودند. برقراری ارتباط مؤثر با افراد، توجه به ویژگی‌های اجتماعی ـ فرهنگی ورزشکارها و درک متقابل و مناسب از ورزشکاران، مضامین شناسایی‌شده به‌عنوان مهارت‌های انسانی بودند. مضامین فرعی اخلاق‌مداری عبارت بودند از، رعایت اخلاقیات، الگو بودن، نداشتن سوابق غیراخلاقی، کمک به توسعه اخلاقیات ورزشکاران، متعهد و قابل‌اعتماد بودن و داشتن فلسفه مربیگری.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش پیشنهاد می‌کند، با لحاظ کردن معیارهای پیشنهادی، انتخاب‌های اولیه علاقه‌مندان ورود به برنامه‌های رسمی آموزش مربیان ورزشی ویرایش شود تا چه‌بسا مربیانی باکیفیت‌تر و با ظرفیت‌های بالاتر برای پیشرفت عملکرد ورزشکاران پرورش یابد.
