چکیده

هدف: وضعیت پاندمی ویروس جدید کرونا و بیماری کووید- 19 ناشی از آن، تمام ابعاد زندگی بشری و در صدر آن سلامت روان را متأثر ساخته است. با توجه به اثرات جبران‌ناپذیر این بیماری بر ورزشکاران، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده و راهبرد مقابله‌ای بر اضطراب کووید-19 ورزشکاران در زمان همه‌گیری کووید-19 بود.

روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش حاضر با توجه به ماهیت توصیفی- همبستگی و از لحاظ زمان مقطعی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه بازیکنان فوتبال لیگ استان سمنان در رده بزرگسالان بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی- خوشه‌ای تعداد 208 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق 3 پرسشنامه استاندارد حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده زیمت و همکاران (1988)، راهبردهای مقابله‌ای فینست و همکاران (2002) و اضطراب کرونا لی (2020) بود. برای بررسی فرضیات تحقیق از معادلات ساختاری با رویکرد واریانس‌محور استفاده شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در پژوهش حاضر از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS23 و Smart-PLS 3.2.8 بهره برده شد.

یافته‌ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد حمایت اجتماعی ادراک‌شده و راهبردهای مقابله‌ای تأثیر منفی و معناداری بر اضطراب کووید-19 ورزشکاران دارند. همچنین حمایت اجتماعی ادراک ‌شده بر راهبردهای مقابله‌ای تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد و نقش میانجی راهبرد مقابله ای در ارتباط بین حمایت اجتماعی و اضطراب کرونا تایید گردید.

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش می‌توان با انجام برنامه‌ریزی و مشاوره‌های روانشناسی و مددکاری، سطح حمایت اجتماعی و راهبردهای مقابله‌ای ورزشکاران را تقویت نمود تا اضطراب ناشی از بیماری کووید-19 کاهش یابد.
