چکیده

هدف: سوء استفاده از ورزشکاران موضوعی است که در دست تحقیق بوده و یک نگرانی عمده و رو به رشد در سراسر جهان است. زیرا این پدیده در دو دهه گذشته به‌صورت وحشتناکی در همه ورزش‌ها و در تمام سطوح ورزشی افزایش پیدا کرده است. در این راستا، هدف از پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و تبیین ابعاد سوء استفاده در ورزش (مطالعه ورزشکاران ملی ایران) بود.

روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی و به‌صورت تحلیل مضمون بوده و جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان حوزه ورزشکاران ملی هستند. روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند بوده و مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با 18 مشارکت‎کننده‎ تا اشباع نظری صورت گرفت. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از تکنیک کدگذاری و از نرم‌افزار NVivo استفاده شد.

یافته‎ها: یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است چارچوب مفهومی سوء استفاده از ورزشکاران شامل پنج مضمون اصلی انواع سوء استفاده، علل و محرک‎های سوء استفاده، نقش‌های فردی بروز سوء استفاده، بسترهای بروز سوء استفاده و پیامدهای سوء استفاده از ورزشکاران بوده که 16 مضمون فرعی و 131 مفهوم را دربر می‎گیرند.

نتیجه‎گیری: نتایج این پژوهش در دو بخش نظری و عملی کاربردهای حائز اهمیتی را فراهم کرده است. از یک طرف، اولین مطالعه صورت گرفته در زمینه سوء استفاده از ورزشکاران بوده و بخشی از شکاف عظیم این حوزه در پژوهش‎های داخلی را برطرف کرده و از طرف دیگر، دیدگاهی منسجمی در مورد مفهوم سوء استفاده، نقش‌ها، افراد، عوامل، شرایط، بسترها و پیامدهای بروز سوء استفاده از ورزشکاران ملی را ارائه و طیف وسیعی از اقدامات لازم را برای کاهش، کنترل و مدیریت
