چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف طراحی مدل شبیه ­سازی توسعه بهره ­وری منابع انسانی در اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان یزد انجام شد.
روش ­شناسی: روش پژوهش حاضر روش آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) که از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از حیث ماهیت و روش، توصیفی  تحلیلی بود. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل، اساتید دانشگاه، مدیران، معاونان و نیز کارشناسان خبره اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان یزد و در بخش کمی شامل اساتید دانشگاه بود. در بخش کیفی نمونه­ گیری با روش گلوله برفی (به علت گسترده بودن خبرگان) تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری و در بخش کمی به شیوه قضاوتی انجام شد. ابزار اندازه­ گیری در بخش کیفی مصاحبه و در بخش کمی، پرسشنامه بود. در این پژوهش جهت ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪﻫﺎی ﺗﺨﺼﺼﯽ، روش ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ مضمون ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎر ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ و ﺳﭙﺲ ﻣﺪل رواﺑﻂ ﺑﻪ روش دﯾﻤﺘﻞ آزﻣﻮن ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ و در نهایت ﻣﺪل توسعه بهره­ وری منابع انسانی ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روﯾﮑﺮد ﻣﺪل­ سازی ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﻨﯿﺎن شبیه­ سازی گردید.
یافته ­ها: تحلیل داده ­ها، ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ شناسایی 50 کد اولیه، 12 مضمون فرعی و 3 مضمون اﺻﻠﯽ (سازمانی، محیطی و شغلی) شد که عامل سازمانی به­ عنوان تأثیرگذارترین عامل شناخته شد و همچنین ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺷﺒﯿﻪ ﺳﺎزی نشان داد، ﻣﺪل اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﺮآورد ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﯽ از آینده توسعه بهره ­وری منابع انسانی در اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان یزد اراﺋﻪ دهد.
نتیجه ­گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر، مدیران ورزشی باید شرایط محیطی، شغلی و سازمانی را فراهم کنند که نقش به‌سزایی در توسعه بهره ­وری منابع انسانی در سازمان­ های ورزشی دارند.
