چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش طراحی مدل توسعه حرفه‌ای معلمان تربیت بدنی مبتنی بر خودسازی با رویکرد کیفی بود.
روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش به شیوه کیفی بود. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات به روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه استفاده شد. روایی و پایایی پژوهش از طریق معیارهای اعتبار، انتقال پذیری، قابلیت اعتماد و تاییدپذیری، تأیید شد. در مجموع 15 مصاحبه با خبرگان و متخصصان انجام شد و تا جایی ادامه یافت که پژوهش به اشباع نظری و کفایت رسید، سپس داده‌های به دست آمده به روش کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: براساس یافته‌ها 81 مضمون پایه در قالب 20 مضمون سازمان یافته و 7 مضمون فراگیر چارچوب‌بندی شدند. مضامین فراگیر شامل، حرفه‌ای‌گری فردی، رفتار حرفه‌ای، دانش حرفه‌ای، تعاملات سازنده، حرفه‌ای سازی، کارکردهای سازمانی و کارکردهای فردی بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: به منظور توسعه حرفه‌ای معلمان تربیت بدنی باید به راهبردهایی مانند ارتباطات ساختارمند و ایجاد محیطی مناسب برای خودشکوفایی و حرفه‌ای گری معلمان تربیت بدنی توجه کرد.
