شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر تفکر حرفه‌ای و سبک زندگی بازیکنان نخبه فوتسال با رویکرد مبتنی بر نظریه داده بنیاد

چکیده

هدف: امروزه مطالعه‌ مفهوم سبک زندگی و تفکرات حرفه ­ای ورزشکاران نخبه در جوامع مختلف بیش از هر زمان دیگری اهمیت پیدا کرده است. از طرفی با مطالعه پیشینه پژوهش حاضر مشخص شد، بیشترین تمرکز تحقیقات صورت گرفته در این زمینه بر تعیین مؤلفه‌های سبک زندگی و تفکر حرفه­ ای بوده و تاکنون به ریشه ­یابی علت بروز و ظهور یک تفکر و یا سبک زندگی خاص در بین ورزشکاران نخبه پرداخته نشده است، از این رو پژوهش حاضر به منظور شناسایی عوامل مؤثر در شکل­ گیری سبک زندگی و تفکر حرفه ­ای ورزشکاران نخبه انجام شد.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر به روش کیفی و با رویکرد زمینه‌ای با استفاده از طرح سیستماتیک انجام شد. در این پژوهش ابتدا نمونه ­ها به ­صورت هدف‌مند انتخاب شدند و فرایند نمونه ­گیری به­ صورت گلوله‌برفی ادامه پیدا کرد و با انجام مصاحبه ­های عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته با 21 نفر خبره و رسیدن به معیار اشباع نظری به اتمام رسید. سپس با تجزیه ‌و تحلیل متن مصاحبه ­ها، مشاهدات صورت گرفته و یادنوشت ­های محقق کدگذاری­ ها انجام شد. روایی و پایایی کدهای تولیدشده توسط چهار نفر از مشارکت‌کنندگان مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.
یافته ­ها: ابتدا با تجزیه و تحلیل متن مصاحبه­ ها 107 کد باز در قالب 30 زیر مقوله و 5 مقوله اصلی شناسایی و دسته ­بندی شد. سپس در مرحله کدگذاری محوری، پیوند میان مقوله ­ها تحت عنوان شرایط علّی: شرایط فردی، شرایط زمینه ­ای: عوامل مؤثر در شکل­ گیری شخصیت، شرایط تسهیل ­گر: فلسفه و تفکرات مربیان، مقوله محوری: تفکر حرفه ­ای، راهبردها: نقش فدراسیون، باشگاه­ها و سازمان­های ورزشی و پیامد: مؤلفه­ های عینی سبک زندگی در قالب پارادایم کدگذاری تعیین شدند. در مرحله کدگذاری انتخابی نیز اجزای پارادایم کدگذاری تشریح شدند و مدل ترسیم شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: طبق نتایج تحقیق حاضر تفکر حرفه­ ای بعد درونی و ذهنی سبک زندگی حرفه ­ای است که در مؤلفه‌ها و زیرمؤلفه‌های سبک زندگی به شکل عینی و ظاهری خود را نشان می ­دهد؛ همچنین باید از سنین پایه روی تفکر حرفه‌ای و سبک زندگی یک ورزشکار کار شود تا زمانی که فرد به مرحله خودآگاهی برسد. در این صورت زمانی که فرد به سطوح حرفه ­ای رسید، سبک زندگی حرفه ­ای برای او درونی‌سازی شده و اصول حرفه ­ای را به صورت خودکار رعایت می ­کند. نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند جهت کمک به مدیران، مربیان و ورزشکاران برای برنامه ­ریزی­ های کارآمد آموزشی و حرکت به سمت حرفه ­ای گرایی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
