چکیده

هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش شناسایی منافع نهادینه‌سازی تفکر استراتژیک در فدراسیون‌های ورزشی بوده است.

روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از مطالعات کیفیِ اکتشافی بوده که با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون انجام گرفته است. جامعة آماری پژوهش، خبرگان مدیریت ورزشی با تجربة آشنایی با مبانی مدیریت و تفکر استراتژیک بودند که متناسب با ماهیت پژوهش تعداد 16 نفر به عنوان مشارکت‌کننده به صورت گلوله برفی تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری، مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. ابزار مورد استفاده جهت گردآوری داده‌ها شامل یک مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند بود. از روش توافق درون موضوعی جهت اطمینان از پایایی مصاحبه‌ها استفاده شد. همچنین از معیار اعتمادپذیری یا قابلیت اعتماد که در برگیرنده‌ی چهار معیار جداگانه اما به هم مرتبط می‌باشد و عبارتند از: معیارهای باورپذیری، اطمینان‌پذیری، انتقال‌پذیری و تأییدپذیری، جهت ارجاع به ارزیابی کیفیت نتایج کیفی استفاده شد.

یافته‌ها: تحلیل مضمون با استفاده از مدل شش مرحله‌ای برون و کلارک (2006) منجر به استخراج 168 کد، 12 مضمونِ فرعی و چهار مضمونِ اصلی شد. تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که منافع نهادینه‌سازی تفکر استراتژیک در فدراسیون‌های ورزشی شامل "توسعه‌ی ورزش"، "توسعه‌ی اقتصادی"، "تعالی سازمانی" و "مواجهه با بحران" بودند.

نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به منافع ویژه‌ای که نهادینه‌سازی تفکر استراتژیک برای فدراسیون‌های ورزشی به همراه دارد، تمرکز متولیان مدیریت ورزش بر توسعه و تقویت تفکر استراتژیک در بدنة فدراسیون‌ها و مدیران ورزشی می‌تواند منشأ تحولات قابل توجهی در عرصة ورزش باشد.
