چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش مطالعه تأثیر معنویت بر اشتیاق شغلی با نقش میانجی فضیلت شغلی معلمان تربیت بدنی بود.
روش‌شناسی: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی ـ همبستگی بود که به روش میدانی انجام‌ شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی معلمان تربیت بدنی شهر تهران بودند (1600N=) که از بین آنها 310 نفر به‌صورت تصادفی ساده به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش از پرسشنامه‌های معنویت در کار میلیمن و همکاران (2003)، فضیلت سازمانی کامرون و همکاران (2004) وشتیاق شغلی شاوفلی و باکر (2003) استفاده شد. داده‌های پژوهش نیز در قسمت توصیفی با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و در قسمت استنباطی توسط مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که معنویت بر اشتیاق شغلی و فضیلت شغلی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد؛ همچنین فضیلت شغلی نیز بر اشتیاق شغلی تأثیر مثبت مستقیم و معناداری دارد، علاوه بر این فضیلت شغلی دارای نقش میانجی جزئی در رابطه بین معنویت و اشتیاق شغلی معلمان تربیت بدنی بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، معنویت و فضیلت شغلی به‌عنوان عوامل مؤثر بر اشتیاق شغلی معلمان تربیت بدنی از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردارند و این دو عامل به‌طور مستقیم بر اشتیاق شغلی معلمان تأثیر گذارند. ازاین‌رو، برای بهبود اشتیاق شغلی کارکنان، به‌ویژه معلمان تربیت بدنی، سازمان‌های آموزشی نیازمند توجه ویژه به معنویت و فضیلت شغلی در محیط کار هستند؛ بنابراین باید با اتخاذ برنامه‌هایی به افزایش شاخص‌های معنویت و ارتقاء فضیلت شغلی بپردازند.
