چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز با پایداری سازمانی کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان سیستان و بلوچستان با نقش میانجی فرهنگ سازمانی سبز انجام شده است.
روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی - همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان سیستان و بلوچستان به تعداد 255 نفر بودند و روش نمونه‌گیری آماری به صورت کل شمار بود و به همین تعداد پرسشنامه در بین نمونه آماری توزیع گردید، که پس از توزیع پرسشنامه‌ها تعداد 223 پرسشنامه‌ عودت داده شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد فرهنگ سازمانی سبز وانگ (2019)، مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز زید و همکاران (2018) و پایداری سازمانی یانگ و همکاران (2019) استفاده شد. میزان روایی صوری و محتوایی با استفاده از نظرات متخصصین مدیریت ورزشی تایید گردید و پایایی کلی پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از روش مدل­سازی معادلات ‌ساختاری استفاده گردید.
یافته‌ها: تحلیل­های مدل­سازی معادلات ساختاری، برازندگی الگوی پیشنهادی را تایید کرد. نتایج حاکی از اثرات مثبت و مستقیم مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز و فرهنگ سازمانی سبز بر پایداری سازمانی بود. یافته دیگر پژوهش نشان داد که مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز بر فرهنگ سازمانی سبز اثر مثبت و معنی‌دار دارد؛ همچنین اثر مثبت و غیرمستقیم مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز از طریق نقش واسطه‌ای فرهنگ سازمانی سبز بر پایداری سازمانی نشان داده شد.
نتیجه‌­گیری: توجه به منابع انسانی سبز با تکیه بر فرهنگ سازمانی سبز یکی از روش‌های تضمین توسعه پایدار سازمان‌های ورزشی است.
