چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر سلامت سازمانی بر اخلاق حرفه‌ای کارکنان با نقش میانجی مدیریت راهبردی منابع انسانی انجام شد.
روش شناسی: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی با مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان کرمانشاه به تعداد 238 نفر بود. برای حجم نمونه لازم، با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان (1970)، 149 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب گردید. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد سلامت سازمانی هوی و همکاران (1996)، اخلاق حرفه‌ای کادوزیر (2002) و مدیریت راهبردی منابع انسانی چانگ و هانگ (2005) بود. روایی صوری و محتوایی کلیه پرسشنامه‌ها با نظر استادان راهنما و مشاور و با توجه به استاندارد بودن آن­ها، همچنین پرکاربرد بودن در مطالعات متعدد، بررسی و تأیید شد و میزان پایایی آن­ها نیز با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بالای 70/0 به دست آمد. ابزار تحلیل داده‌ها ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، مدل معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل مسیر بود.
یافته­ها: یافته‌ها نشان دادند که در نمونه پژوهش، سلامت سازمانی به صورت مستقیم بر اخلاق حرفه‌ای کارکنان مؤثر است؛ همچنین یافته­ها در مورد اثر مدیریت راهبردی منابع انسانی بر اخلاق حرفه­ای اثبات می­کند که مدیریت راهبردی منابع انسانی یک پیشگوی بسیار مهم برای اخلاق حرفه‌ای کارکنان است. افزون بر این، نتایج نشان داد که تمامی ضرایب همبستگی و ضرایب مسیر از لحاظ آماری معنادار بودند و تاثیر سلامت سازمانی در اخلاق حرفه‌ای کارکنان با میانجی مدیریت راهبردی منابع انسانی، مثبت و معنادار است.
نتیجه­گیری: به دلیل این که اداره کل ورزش و جوانان در توسعه ورزش کشور نقش مهمی را ایفا می‌کند، نیازمند توجه بیشتر به اخلاق حرفه­ای و عوامل استقرار آن از جمله مدیریت راهبردی منابع انسانی و سلامت سازمانی بیش از پیش است. چنانچه این سازمان بخواهد از رشد و بالندگی بهره‌مند گردد، باید از کارکنان و مدیرانی برخوردار باشد که توجه ویژه‌ای به مقوله‌های اخلاق حرفه­ای، منابع انسانی و سلامت سازمانی اعضای خود داشته باشد.
