چکیده

هدف: این پژوهش باهدف طراحی الگوی بهینه‌سازی مدیریت استعدادیابی در ورزش با رویکرد زنجیره تأمین انجام شد.
روش‌شناسی: روش انجام این پژوهش، از نظر هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت کیفی بر پایه نظریه داده بنیاد با رویکرد گلیزر بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش خبرگان با سوابق مرتبط بودند که طی یک نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و با ۱۵ نفر آنان مصاحبه شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد از شش منظر می‌توان به مدل بهینه استعدادیابی ورزش با رویکرد زنجیره تأمین دست یافت. 1. تعامل سیستم استعداد با محیط ورزش؛ 2. ظرفیت زنجیره تأمین سیستم استعداد ورزش؛ 3. بهینه‌سازی مدیریت استعداد ورزش؛ 4. کارآمدی فرایندهای استعدادپروری ورزش؛ 5. خودکارآمدی استعدادها در مسیر ورزشی و 6. تأمین منافع مشارکت‌کنندگان.
نتیجه‌گیری: در «تعامل سیستم استعداد با محیط ورزش» لازم است از پیشرفت‌های فناوری در استعدادیابی ورزشی بهره‌گیری شود. در این راه با استفاده از ظرفیت تعاملی با کشورهای پیشرفته می‌توان به موفقیت‌های چشمگیری رسید. در «ظرفیت زنجیره تأمین سیستم استعداد ورزش» لازم است، نرم‌افزارها و ابزارهای تسهیلگر استعدادیابی ورزشی از زنجیره تأمین و با شرکت‌های بزرگ ورزشی در حوزه فناوری و تجهیزات در این فرآیند ارتباط برقرار شود. در «بهینه‌سازی مدیریت استعداد ورزش» لازم است، همکاری بین سازمانی در سیستم استعدادیابی ورزشی از طریق انعقاد تفاهم‌نامه‌های استعدادیابی بین سازمان‌های مختلف و هماهنگی و تقسیم‌کار میان سازمان‌های ورزش پرورشی و قهرمانی کشور ایجاد گردد. در «کارآمدی فرایندهای استعدادپروری ورزش» لازم است، آزمون‌های استعدادیابی هنجاریابی و برنامه‌های راهبردی و عملیاتی مناسب و امکانات لازم جهت نگهداری و حفظ استعدادها فراهم شود. از منظر تأمین منافع مشارکت‌کنندگان لازم است کیفیت آموزش و تمرینات پرورشی بهبود یابد.
