چکیده
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی، سطحبندی و تحلیل موانع موجود در مسیر پیشرفت حرفهای ورزشکاران فوتبال در مرحله نخبگی بود.
روششناسی: روش پژوهش آمیخته بود. بخش کیفی از نوع نظاممند و از نظر هدف کاربردی بود و بهصورت مطالعه موردی (فوتبال) انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل مربیان و بازیکنان فوتبال ایران بود. مشارکتکنندگان بر مبنای اشباع دادهها به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شد (18 نفر). از مصاحبههای اکتشافی، مبتنی بر روش داده بنیاد و با رویکرد گلیزر، جهت استخراج مولفهها و چارچوببندی آنها استفاده شد. بخش کمی توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود و برای تعیین روابط بین مولفهها از روش مدلسازی ساختاری ـ تفسیری استفاده شد.
یافتهها: براساس یافتهها در بخش کیفی، موانع موجود در قالب 33 کد، 6 مفهوم و 5 مقوله بر اساس کدگذاری باز و کدگذاری انتخابی در سه سطح عوامل کلان، میانی و فردی دستهبندی شدند. در بخش کمی براساس تحلیل میک مک موانع فردی به عنوان متغیر وابسته در پایینترین سطح، موانع حقوقی، قانونی، نظارتی به عنوان متغیر مستقل در بالاترین سطح و سایر موانع به عنوان متغیر خودمختار در سطوح میانی سطحبندی شدند.
نتیجهگیری: موانع حقوقی و قانونی بر سایر موانع اثرگذار و موانع فردی بهعنوان متغیر تاثیرپذیر هستند. در نهایت برای رفع موانع موجود در مرحله نخبگی نیاز به توجه همهجانبه با یک رویکرد نظاممند به عوامل فردی، میانی و کلان است؛ همچنین جهت اینکه بازیکنان فوتبال بتوانند این مسیر را با موفقیت طی کنند، نیازمند به حداقل رساندن این چالشها در سطوح مختلف فردی، میانی و کلان هستند.
