چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش شناسایی شاخص‌های پایداری هوشمند در سازمان‌های ورزشی است که با تمرکز بر مدیریت استراتژیک منابع انسانی و تحول سازمانی انجام می‌شود.

روش شناسی: پژوهش حاصر از نوع مطالعات کیفی و با استفاده از روش داده‌بنیاد و رویکرد ساختگرای چارمز انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با مدیران و کارشناسان منابع انسانی در ادارات ورزش و جوانان کشور جمع‌آوری شد و نمونه‌گیری نظری با روش اشباع نظری (14 نفر) انجام گردید.

یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که شاخص‌های مدیریت استراتژیک منابع انسانی در سازمان‌های ورزشی شامل برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک، جذب و توسعه استعدادها، ارزیابی عملکرد و ایجاد انگیزه برای حفظ منابع انسانی است. تحول سازمانی از طریق ساختار نوآورانه، توانمندسازی کارکنان، مدیریت تغییر و افزایش همکاری‌های بین‌سازمانی حاصل می‌شود. پایداری هوشمند با تمرکز بر فرهنگ سازمانی پایدار، نوآوری در استراتژی‌های پایداری، تأمین منابع و مشارکت در طرح‌های اجتماعی تقویت می‌شود.

نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که یکپارچگی بین مدیریت استراتژیک منابع انسانی، تحول سازمانی و پایداری هوشمند، موجب ارتقای عملکرد، انعطاف‌پذیری و تاب‌آوری سازمان‌های ورزشی می‌شود. این هم‌افزایی، زمینه‌ساز توسعه پایدار و تحقق اهداف بلندمدت در محیط‌های پیچیده و رقابتی است.
