چکیده

هدف: تحقیق حاضر با هدف تبیین نقش رسانه‌های ورزشی در مدیریت منابع انسانی بین‌المللی در ورزش ایران انجام شد.

روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و کیفی است که با استراتژی تحلیل مضمون با رویکرد آتراید-استیرلینگ (2001) انجام شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان پژوهش اساتید دانشگاهی مدیریت ورزشی و مدیریت منابع انسانی، فعالان در حوزه رسانه‌های ورزشی که در مدیریت منابع انسانی تخصص دارند، رؤسای فدراسیون‌های ورزشی و ورزشکاران بین‌المللی خبره ایرانی بودند که با استفاده از روش هدفمند و گلوله‌برفی و با در نظر گرفتن اصل اشباع نظری، 19 نفر از آنان انتخاب و در مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته‌ای شرکت داده شدند که نتایج مربوط به پایایی بازآزمون آن 91/0 محاسبه شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل مضمون با رویکرد آتراید-استرلینگ (2001) استفاده شد و مضامین پایه، سازمان‌دهنده و فراگیر شناسایی شدند.

یافته‌ها: نقش رسانه‌های ورزشی در مدیریت منابع انسانی بین‌المللی در ورزش در سه مضمون تأمین منابع انسانی بین‌المللی (شناسایی، جذب و بکارگیری، یادگیری حقوقی و بهبود در ثبت قراردادها)، نگهداشت منابع انسانی بین‌المللی (آموزش و توسعه، بهبود ارتباطات، افزایش انگیزه و تشویق و تأمین مالی) و کنترل و ارزیابی منابع انسانی بین‌المللی (بهبود ارزیابی عملکرد و کاهش هزینه‌های کنترل) شناسایی شدند.

نتیجه‌گیری: مدیران ورزش کشور می‌توانند از رسانه‌های ورزشی در شناسایی، جذب و بکارگیری، نگهداشت و ارزیابی عملکرد منابع انسانی بین‌المللی استفاده کنند.
