چکیده

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی مسیر حرفه‌ای گیمرهای ورزش‌های الکترونیکی در ایران با تمرکز بر چالش‌ها از منظر نظریه تقاضا و منابع شغلی انجا شد.

روش‌شناسی: پژوهش بر مبنای رویکرد پدیدارشناسی هرمنوتیکی انجام گرفت و بر تجربیات زیسته ۱۴ گیمر حرفه‌ای مرد که دارای سابقه حضور تیمی در سطح ملی و کشوری بودند، تمرکز داشت. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته در جریان مسابقات رسمی گردآوری شدند و با تحلیل تم به روش قیاسی و در چارچوب نظریه تقاضا و منابع شغلی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. کدگذاری داده‌ها در دو دسته تقاضاهای شغلی و منابع شغلی انجام شد و از معیارهای گوبا و لینکلن برای سنجش اعتبار داده‌ها استفاده شد.

یافته: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد گیمرهای حرفه‌ای ایرانی با فشارهای روانی، تداخل زندگی و بازی، سبک زندگی ناسالم، کمبود منابع حمایتی، ضعف در آموزش تخصصی و فقدان حمایت تیمی مؤثر مواجه‌اند که این عوامل موجب فرسایش انگیزشی و تهدید سلامت روانی و جسمی آنان می‌شود

بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که تجربه‌ی زیسته‌ی گیمرهای حرفه‌ای در ایران، واجد مؤلفه‌هایی پیچیده و چندلایه از تقاضاهای شغلی است که در فضایی فاقد زیرساخت‌های حمایتی، به‌ویژه در زمینه‌های روانی، آموزشی و حقوقی، با فشارهایی مزمن و فرساینده همراه شده است. پیشنهاد می‌شود نهادهای ورزش‌های الکترونیکی در ایران باید با راه‌اندازی مراکز مشاوره روانی، تقویت سازوکارهای حقوقی و قراردادی، توسعه آموزش‌های تخصصی و بهبود زیرساخت‌های فناوری، شرایط حرفه‌ای گیمرها را بهبود بخشند؛ همچنین حمایت اقتصادی هدفمند و ارتقاء پذیرش اجتماعی گیمرها از جمله اقدامات ضروری برای پایداری این صنعت در ایران است.
