چکیده

هدف:هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی مدل مفهومی توسعه حرفه‌ای معلمان تربیت‌بدنی با تأکید بر نوآوری بود .

روش‌شناسی:پژوهش به‌صورت کاربردی و با روش‌شناسی آمیخته(کمی_کیفی) انجام شد. جامعه آماری، معلمان تربیت بدنی استان خراسان‌جنوبی1403-1402(267 نفر) بودند. در بخش کمی، مطابق جدول مورگان، 155 نفر به‌صورت تصادفی–طبقه‌ای به‌نسبت جنسیت، از جامعه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بود که برای سنجش وضعیت رفتار کاری نوآورانه آن‌ها طراحی گردید. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه با تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تأییدی و ضریب آلفای‌کرونباخ، تأیید شد. در بخش کیفی، داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختارمند جمع‌آوری شد و با رویکرد گراندد تئوری گلیزر بررسی گردید. پس از انجام 24مصاحبه با معلمان شرکت-کننده در مرحله قبل، با بهره‌گیری از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، اشباع نظری حاصل شد . تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای 26 SPSS،23 Amos و 2020MAXQDAانجام شد.

یافته‌ها:یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل عاملی، 21گویه در سه عامل(ایده‌پردازی، ترویج ایده، اجرای ایده)را شناسایی کرد. در بخش کیفی، پس از انجام کدگذاری باز، نظری و انتخابی، مدل مفهومی توسعه حرفه‌ای معلمان تربیت بدنی با تأکید بر نوآوری در 6 مؤلفه برنامه‌ها و سیاست‌ها و آیین‌نامه‌ها، ارزیابی روند کاری، خانواده معلم، امکانات و زیرساخت‌ها، عوامل اقتصادی و فردی تدوین گردید.

نتیجه‌گیری:مدل مفهومی پژوهش، چارچوبی کارآمد برای ارتقا کیفیت تدریس و یادگیری در کلاس‌های تربیت بدنی مدارس ارائه داد. این مدل می تواند انگیزه و مهارت‌های معلمان تربیت بدنی را برای انطباق با تغییرات، افزایش دهد. در این راستا، پیشنهاد می‌شود سیاست‌گذاران با سرمایه‌گذاری در توسعه حرفه‌ای معلمان، کیفیت آموزش و مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای آن‌ها را ارتقا دهند.
