Purpose: The purpose of this research was to role of spiritual well-being on the quality of work life of football referees with the mediating role of coping skills in Fars province.Methodology: The current research method was descriptive-correlational . The population of the research was football referees of Fars province, The research tools were three questionnaires of coping skills by Smith et al. (1995), quality of working life by Ilgan et al. (2014) and spiritual well-being by Golparvar et al. (2013). The content validity of the research was confirmed by ten experts. SPSS23 and Smart-PLS 3.2.8 software were used to check the research hypotheses.Findings: The results of the research showed that spiritual well-being has a positive and significant effect on the quality of work life and coping skills of judges. Also, coping skills have a direct and significant effect on the quality of work life of judges. Also, The findings showed that coping skills play a mediating role in the effect of spiritual well-being on the quality of life of football referees in Fars province.Conclusion: According to the results of the research, spiritual well-being, as well as coping skills, are important and complementary factors in creating and improving the quality of work life of football referees in Fars province. Therefore, officials and referee committees should organize professional development courses and coping skills workshops for referees. Encouraging referees to participate in community and charitable activities can enhance their sense of belonging and purpose, ultimately improving their quality of life.

Objective: The present study was designed with the aim of presenting an algorithmic human resources development model in the Ministry of Sports and Youth of Iran.Methodology: The present study was qualitative research that was implemented in the field. The qualitative method used in the present study was of the grand theory type. The participants in the present study included experts who were aware of the research topic. The participants in this study were sampled using purposive sampling and with a homogeneous sample selection approach while observing maximum diversity, and 13 interviews were conducted until theoretical saturation was reached. The data collection tool in the present study was a semi-structured interview. In order to analyze the qualitative data, coding using the Glaser-type grand theory method was used in the form of open, axial, and selective coding.Findings: The results showed that in order to develop algorithmic human resources in the Ministry of Sports and Youth, there is a process of foundation, training, establishment, culture building and continuity that should be implemented in a desirable manner. The results also showed that paying attention to some factors, including supervisory and promotional factors, have fundamental supporting role in this process, which can pave the way for the development of algorithmic human resources management.Conclusion: Among these, promotional factors, including transparency, tools, monitoring, evaluation, and supervisory factors, including database, motivation system, management transformation and internal excellence, can have a supporting role in development of algorithmic human resources in the Ministry of Sports and Youth.

Objective: Reducing financial violations in Iranian Premier League football clubs is of significant importance. Financial misconduct damages club brands, reduces private sector investment, and leads to fan dissatisfaction and human resource challenges. This study aims to identify strategies to enhance transparency and reduce financial violations among managers in the Persian Gulf Pro League.Methodology: This applied research adopts a qualitative approach using descriptive phenomenology. Participants included experts in the field. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews with open-ended questions and analyzed using MAXQDA 2020. Validation was ensured through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability criteria.Results: Analysis identified 89 sub-themes grouped into six main themes: smart reporting, legal oversight by the federation, fan and media engagement, technological advancements in financial management, restructuring club management, and corruption prevention in contracts.Conclusion: Reducing financial violations in Iranian football clubs requires structural, managerial, and legal reforms. Key measures include enhancing financial transparency and independent auditing, improving managerial structures and financial governance, enforcing strict resource allocation laws, engaging international regulatory bodies, and strengthening financial misconduct reporting mechanisms.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the differences in work values among different generations of human resources in Isfahan sports.This research was conducted qualitatively using the Grand Theory strategy and Charmazs constructivist approach. The study population included 15 human resource specialists, comprising managers and deputies of the General Administration of Sports and Youth, managers of sports boards, and faculty members of universities in Isfahan province, who were selected purposefully. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews until theoretical saturation and analyzed in three stages, including initial coding, focused coding, and axial coding.After coding, 203 initial codes, 32 focused codes, and 12 axial codes were identified. The results showed that generational differences in the human resources of Isfahan sports in axes such as human capital, cognitive society, level of knowledge, leadership style, skill, psychology, nature of life and work, political and economic views, organizational culture, legal and educational attitudes have significant effects. Older generations emphasize job security, commitment, and loyalty, while newer generations have a greater tendency towards flexibility, teamwork, and the use of modern technologies. These differences can create challenges and opportunities for human resource management."Implementing managerial policies with generational characteristics can lead to improved interactions, reduced conflicts, and enhanced productivity in sports organizations. It is recommended to utilize the presented model for designing educational programs, motivational policies, and strengthening intergenerational interactions. Due to the limitations of the research community and the qualitative method, this study provides suggestions for expansion and generalizability in future research."

Purpose: Globalization and the increasing migration of athletes to various leagues are significant phenomena in professional sports, profoundly affecting talent development. This study examines how globalization and the migration of elite athletes influence opportunities for developing local talent.Methodology: The review includes 16 peer-reviewed articles and two book chapters, using a qualitative scoping review method based on the five-step framework developed by Arksey and O’Malley (2005). This data was analyzed and organized into categories using the ATLAS.ti 24 software. Results: Globalization has increased athlete migration, resulting in both positive and negative consequences for countries of origin and destination. It also profoundly impacts opportunities for the growth and development of local talent. In response, governing bodies have adopted both Supportive and Outsourcing strategies to support local talent. Supportive strategies include legal requirements, the implementation of talent identification and development programs, investments by clubs and academies, league development, academy development, and supportive programs.Conclusion: Globalization and elite athletes' migration have created new conditions for the development of local talent, which simultaneously bring opportunities and challenges. National sports organizations must seriously reconsider their approaches and develop strategies that align with local and global needs, taking advantage of the benefits of globalization while mitigating its drawbacks. This process requires international collaboration, investment in regional infrastructure, and the development of talent identification programs.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify smart sustainability indicators in sports organizations, with a focus on strategic human resource management and organizational transformation.Methodology: This qualitative research employed the grounded theory method using Charmaz’s constructivist approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with managers and human resource experts in the national Departments of Sport and Youth. Theoretical sampling was conducted using the theoretical saturation method, and interviews were completed with 14 participants.Findings: The findings revealed that the indicators of strategic human resource management in sports organizations include strategic planning, talent acquisition and development, performance evaluation, and motivation to retain human resources. Organizational transformation is achieved through innovative structure, employee empowerment, change management, and enhanced inter-organizational collaboration. Smart sustainability is reinforced through a sustainable organizational culture, innovation in sustainability strategies, resource provision, and participation in social initiatives.Conclusion: The results indicate that the integration of strategic human resource management, organizational transformation, and smart sustainability enhances the performance, flexibility, and resilience of sports organizations. This synergy lays the groundwork for sustainable development and the achievement of long-term goals in complex and competitive environments.

Objective: The present research was conducted with the aim of explaining the role of sports media in the international human resources management in Iranian sports.Methodology: The present study is of an applied and qualitative type, conducted with thematic analysis strategy using the Attride-Stirling (2001) approach. The research participants were university professors of sports management and human resource management, activists in the field of sports media who specialize in human resource management, heads of sports federations, and Iranian international expert athletes. Using a purposeful and snowball method and considering the principle of theoretical saturation, 19 of them were selected and participated in a semi-structured interview, the results of which related to the test-retest reliability were calculated as 0.91. In order to analyze the data, the theme analysis method with Attride-Sterling (2001) approach was used and the basic, organizing and inclusive themes were identified.Results: The role of sports media in the management of international human resources in sports in three themes of recruiting international human resources (identification, recruitment and employment, legal learning and improvement in the registration of contracts), retaining international human resources (education and development, improving communication, increasing motivation and encouragement and financing) and control and evaluation of international human resources (improvement of performance evaluation and reduction of control costs) were identified.Conclusion: The country's sports managers can use sports media to identify, recruit, employ, retain and evaluate the performance of international human resources.

Objective: The present study was conducted with the aim of identifying and designing the mythology to mythology stability process in athletes. Methodology: The present research method was mixed. The statistical sample of the qualitative part included experts knowledgeable about the research topic. In order to identify these samples, the purposive sampling method was used. This sampling continued until theoretical saturation was reached and finally 19 people were identified as samples in the qualitative part. Also, the statistical population of the present study in the quantitative part included coaches, sports teachers, families, athletes, fans and the general public of the sports community. The data collection tool in the present study included a semi-structured questionnaire and a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to analyze the data of the present study, coding and structural equation testing were used. All data analysis processes of the present study were carried out in SPSS, PLS and Maxqda software. Results: The results of the research showed that the process of the emergence of mythology to the stability of mythology includes components such as maintenance, symbolization, consolidation of mythology, living myth, dead myth, destruction, doubt and the end of mythology. According to the relationships, it was determined that maintenance has a significant effect on symbolization of 0.886 and symbolization has a significant effect on the consolidation of mythology of 0.896.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to design a development model for student sports culture.Methodology: A qualitative research design grounded in Glaser’s grounded theory approach was employed. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 16 participants, including faculty members in sport management, officials from the Physical Education Department of the Ministry of Education, and managers of the Student Sports Federation. Data collection continued until theoretical saturation was reached. Participants were selected purposively. The data were analyzed through a three-stage coding process (open, axial, and selective), and the final model was developed using MAXQDA software.Results: Based on the coding results, 76 concepts, 16 subcategories, and 7 main categories were identified. These main categories included: enhancing the educational environment and sports infrastructure; strengthening financial and economic resources; media and the promotion of student sports culture; socio-cultural development; sustainable policymaking and planning in school sports; improving students’ physical and mental health; and the role of technology and innovation.Conclusion: The findings indicated that the development of student sports culture is a multidimensional process influenced by structural, educational, cultural, and economic factors. Achieving this goal requires improving the quality of physical education, ensuring sustainable resources, enhancing family participation, and making intelligent use of technology. Furthermore, attention to the role of media and the formulation of coherent national policies can foster student participation in sports and enhance social capital in future generations. It is recommended that policymakers prioritize the development of a comprehensive roadmap for institutionalizing sports culture in schools.

Objective: The aim of the present study was to design a model for developing organizational attractiveness for the presence of elite human resources in sports and youth departments. Methodology: The present study method is a qualitative approach using a data-based method (Strauss and Corbin’s systematic model), which was conducted in the field in terms of its fundamental purpose and in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the present study includes academic elites in the field of human resources management and sports management (with a history of conducting at least two studies in the field of the research topic), sports elites including male and female sports medalists (with at least an associate’s degree), and managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the country who were selected through purposive sampling (22 people). Data analysis and analysis used a qualitative grounded theory approach for open, axial, and selective coding, and open coding was conducted by analyzing the interviews. Results: The organizational attractiveness development model for the presence of elites in sports and youth departments is affected by causal conditions (social responsibility,organizational factors, organizational reputation, human resources, and ethical factors), and by considering the extractive strategies (communications/management/financial)that are affected by contextual conditions(organizational culture, workplace characteristics, and technology)and intervening conditions (laws and regulations, economic, and sports elite readiness), we can witness the emergence of outcomes such as improved organizational reputation, productivity, work quality, achieving organizational goals, greater participation of athletes, job satisfaction and loyalty, and the emergence of organizational citizenship behaviors.

Objective: This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of "Digital Parallel Life" among elite athletes. Methodology: The research was conducted with a qualitative approach using phenomenological methodology and thematic analysis to explore the lived experiences of athletes facing identity duality. The statistical population consisted of 15 elite athletes from various sports disciplines and 5 university professors in the fields of sports media and sports management. Sampling was done through purposive and snowball methods, and data were collected through semi-structured interviews. Data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis, and the coding process was performed by multiple researchers to ensure accuracy and validity. Results: The findings indicated that several factors, including individual and personality traits, psychological and emotional factors, communication and social aspects, professional and occupational conditions, technological and media influences, and cultural and normative factors, play a role in the emergence of the digital parallel life phenomenon. This phenomenon leads to consequences such as increased anxiety and stress, psychological burnout, decline in professional performance, identity duality, social isolation, and reduced physical health. Based on these findings, strategies such as providing psychological counseling, balancing real and digital social relationships, managing personal branding with the help of experts, distinguishing digital identity from real identity, improving physical health, and enhancing media literacy were suggested.Conclusion: The results of this study show that digital parallel life significantly impacts the personal and professional lives of elite athletes. Implementing supportive and managerial strategies can help mitigate the negative effects of this phenomenon and improve the mental health,.

Objective:The aim ofthe present research was design a model for the professional development of physical education teachers with an emphasis on innovation.Methodology:The research was conducted in an applied and mixed (quantitative-qualitative)manner. The statistical population was physical education teachers in South Khorasan Province(N=267)1402-1403. In the quantitative part, according to Morgan's table, 155people were randomly selected based on gender. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire designed to measure the status of innovative work behavior. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In the qualitative section, data was collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using Glaser's grounded theory. After conducting 24interviews with the participating teachers in the previous stage, theoretical saturation was achieved using the purposive sampling method. Research data analysis was performed using SPSS26,Amos23,and MAXQDA2020 software.Results:The findings from factor analysis identified 21items in three factors(ideation,idea promotion,idea implementation).In the qualitative section, after conducting open, theoretical, and selective coding, a model of professional development for physical education teachers was developed with an emphasis on innovation in six components: programs, process evaluation,family,infrastructure, and economic and individual factors.Conclusion:The model of the research provides an efficient framework for improving the quality of teaching and learning in school physical education classes. This model can increase the motivation and skills of physical education teachers to adapt to changes. Therefore, it is suggested that policymakers should invest in the professional development of teachers to improve the quality of education and their professional skills.
