چکیده

هدف: هدف کلی پژوهش طراحی وتدوین برنامه راهبردی توسعه ورزش کارکنان دانشگاه بجنوردبود.

روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر ا نظر روش پژوهش توصیفی-پیمایشی، به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و ازنظر جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به صورت آمیخته (کمی و کیفی) بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش دربخش کیفی شامل مدیر، کارکنان و کارشناسان اداره تربیت بدنی دانشگاه و اساتید و خبرگان تربیت بدنی دانشگاهی و در بخش کمی شامل کارکنان دانشگاه بجنورد بود. نمونه آماری در بخش کیفی 15 نفر ازافراد جامعه آماری و دربخش کمی شامل 50 نفر ازکارکنان بود. روش نمونه گیری دربخش کیفی هدفمند و برمبنای تخصص، تجربه و آگاهی نسبت به ورزش کارکنان و دربخش کمی به‌صورت تصادفی ساده بود. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها نیز از دوروش مصاحبه اکتشافی نیمه هدایت شده و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و برای بدست آوردن نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها و همچنین اولویت‌بندی استراتژی‌های تدوین شده از چارچوبی با عنوان چارچوب جامع تدوین استراتژی مدل SWOT-ANP استفاده شده است.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد، ورزش قهرمانی کارکنان دارای 5 قوت، 7 ضعف، 5 فرصت و 6 تهدید و در مجموع 10 راهبرد؛ و ورزش همگانی کارکنان دارای 7 قوت، 7 ضعف، 6 فرصت و 6 تهدید و در مجموع 11 راهبرد است.

نتیجه‌گیری: مهمترین استراتژی به‌دست آمده در بخش توسعه ورزش قهرمانی کارکنان دانشگاه بجنورد، افزایش اعتبارات ورزش قهرمانی و استفاده از مربیان و کادر فنی حرفه‌ای در تیمهای ورزشی کارکنان دانشگاه؛ و در بخش توسعه ورزش همگانی، توسعه فرهنگ ورزش و پرداختن به فعالیتهای ورزشی در بین کارکنان توسط برنامه های نوآورانه، جذاب و بدیع می باشد.
