چکیده

چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر اقدامات مدیریت استراتژیک منابع انسانی بر عملکرد سازمانی کارکنان با نقش میانجی یادگیری سازمانی در ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان مرکزی بود.

روش‌شناسی: روش این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود که به صورت پیمایشی انجام شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کارکنان اداره ورزش و جوانان استان مرکزی بود که از بین آنها 95 نفر به صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌های پژوهش از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد اقدامات مدیریت استراتژیک منابع انسانی، پرسشنامه یادگیری سازمانی و پرسشنامه عملکرد سازمانی کارکنان استفاده شد. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در بسته نرم افزارهای اس.پی.اس.اس نسخه 23 و اسمارت پی.ال.اس نسخه 3 تحلیل شدند.

یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد اقدامات مدیریت استراتژیک منابع انسانی با ضریب 65/0 بر عملکرد سازمانی کارکنان و با ضریب 81/0 بر یادگیری سازمانی؛ همچنین یادگیری سازمانی با ضریب 71/0 بر عملکرد سازمانی تاثیر مثبت مستقیم و معناداری دارد (05/0≥P). بعلاوه، یادگیری سازمانی دارای نقش میانجی جزئی در رابطه بین اقدامات مدیریت استراتژیک منابع انسانی و عملکرد سازمانی کارکنان بود.

نتیجه‌گیری : با توجه به نتایج حاصل پیشنهاد می‌شود که مسئولین سازمان‌های مورد مطالعه اقدامات لازم به منظور ارتقای وضعیت ارزیابی عملکرد، مشارکت کارکنان استخدام مناسب، پاداش و آموزش کارکنان انجام دهند که در نهایت می-تواند باعث بهبود یادگیری سازمانی و عملکرد سازمانی آنها شود.
