چکیده
هدف: هدف کلی این پژوهش طراحی مدل پارادایمی عملیاتی کردن کارآفرینی در بین دانشجویان تربیتبدنی بود. روششناسی: بر اساس هدف کاربردی؛ در چارچوب رویکرد کیفی و با بهکارگیری روش نظریه داده بنیاد انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل، خبرگان دانشگاهی و کارآفرینی بودند. نمونه پژوهش20 نفر شامل؛ مسئولین پارک علم و فناوری، اساتید علمی دانشکده تربیتبدنی، دانشجویان تربیتبدنی، دانشجویان دکتری تربیتبدنی و کارآفرین ورزشی، مدرس کسبوکار و عضو هیئت ارزیاب راهبردی شغلی، کارآفرین در صنعت ورزش، مدیرعامل شرکت شهرکهای صنعتی، مسئولین اداره کل ورزش و جوانان و مدرس و مشاوره کارآفرینی تشکیل دادند. نمونهگیری هدفمند و با تکنیک گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری دادهها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده گردید و تا رسیدن به اشباع انجام و بعدازآن مصاحبه متوقف شد. در مرحله بعد کدهای استخراجشده در شرایط علی، زمینهای، مداخلهگر، راهبری و پیامدها جاگذاری شده و با استفاده از کدگذاری انتخابی ارتباط بین عوامل انجام شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد، از طریق کدگذاری 128 مفهوم به دست آمد. که با طبقهبندی این مفاهیم 31 مقوله شکل گرفت. در عوامل علی (4 مقوله)، در عوامل زمینهای (7 مقوله) در عوامل مداخلهگر (7 مقوله)، در عوامل راهبردها و اقدامات ( 6 مقوله و در پیامد و نتایج (6 مقوله) به دست آمد.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه اهمیت عملیاتی کردن کارآفرینی در بین دانشجویان تربیتبدنی پیشنهاد میشود دورههایی برای افزایش سطح کارآفرینی و آگاهی دانشجویان تربیتبدنی از کسبوکارهای حوزه ورزش ارائه دهند تا با شناخت کافی از شرایط صنعت ورزش بتوانند تفکرات کارآفرینانه خود را عملیاتی کنند.
