چکیده

هدف: هدف از تحقیق حاضر شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر توانمندسازی مربیان و داوران جودو با محوریت یکسانسازی آموزش می‌باشد. رویکرد این تحقیق کیفی و ازلحاظ استراتژی در زمره تحقیقات پدیدارشناسانه می‌باشد. هدف پژوهش کاربردی و با ماهیتی توسعه‌ای- اکتشافی است.

روش شناسی: جامعه آماری تحقیق در مرحله کیفی خبرگان و متخصصان حوزه مدیریت ورزشی و خبرگان حوزه جودو بودند که به‌صورت هدفمند 20 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه آماری بخش کیفی در نظر گرفته شدند. روش گردآوری اطلاعات به شکل مصاحبه‌های عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته بود. پایایی مصاحبه‌ها در بخش کیفی تحقیق با استفاده از پایایی باز آمون مورد تائید قرار گرفت.

یافته ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد در بخش عوامل مؤثر بر توانمندسازی با محوریت یکسان‌سازی آموزش در مربیان و داوران جودوی ایران، مجموعاً 120 گزاره اولیه از مجموع 20 مصاحبه استخراج گردید که در نهایت 85 گزاره اولیه با فراوانی 503 به‌عنوان شاخص‌ها و کدهای اثر گزار بر توانمندسازی مربیان و داوران جودوی ایران با محوریت یکسان‌سازی آموزش احصاء گردید. در این میان 3 مقولۀ اصلی (منابع انسانی یکپارچه و واحد، اقدامات سازمانی استاندارد، کارکردها وظایف آموزشی) و 7 مقوله فرعی و 17 مفهوم به‌عنوان مفاهیم و مقولات مؤثر بر توانمندسازی مربیان و داوران جودوی ایران در قالب کدهای انتزاعی‌تر دسته‌بندی شد.

نتیجه گیری: کمیته آموزش فدراسیون جودو جمهوری اسلامی ایران نیز به‌نوبه خود با ارتقای وضعیت اقدامات سازمانی استاندارد و کارکردها وظایف آموزشی، نقش کلیدی و مهمی در برنامه‌های توانمندسازی مربیان و مدرسان این رشته ورزشی ایفا نماید.
