سه دهه پژوهش در موضوع اشتغال در بازار کار ورزش ایران: نگاهی به موانع سطوح خرد، میانی و کلان

چکیده

هدف: پژوهش حاضر از طریق ترکیب تحقیقات پیشین با هدف واکاوی موانع اشتغال در بازار کار ورزش ایران در سه سطح خرد، میانی و کلان انجام شد.
روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نوع کیفی با روش فراترکیب (سنتزپژوهی) اجرا شد. جامعه آماری کلیه مطالعات داخلی انجام شده در بازه زمانی بین سال‌های 1380 تا 1402 بود. در این راستا 31 مقاله به صورت هدفمند انتخاب گردید و با استفاده از الگوی هفت مرحله‌ای سندلوسکی و باروسو (2007)، یافته‌های پژوهش‌های پیشین مرتبط با اهداف پژوهش، بررسی، تجمیع، ترکیب و تفسیر شد. همچنین داده‌ها با استفاده از روش کدگذاری شناسایی و اعتبار آن، از طریق آزمون کاپای کوهن (617/0) تایید گردید.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌ها، موانع اشتغال در بازارکار ورزش در سه سطح خرد، میانی، و کلان در 66 مضمون فرعی و 13 مضمون اصلی طبقه‌بندی شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که اشتغال در بازار کار ورزش ایران با موانع متعددی روبرو است. برای غلبه بر این چالش‌ها، اتخاذ رویکردی جامع و بلندمدت توسط سیاست‌گذاران، مدیران و فعالان اقتصادی و کارجویان این حوزه ضروری است. در سطح خرد، مهارت‌آموزی و تقویت ویژگی‌های شخصیتی، در سطح میانی، اصلاح نظام آموزشی، ایجاد نظام بازار کار، تدوین برنامه راهبردی، تقویت تشکل‌ها و نهادهای مرتبط با ورزش و افزایش حمایت‌ها؛ در سطح کلان، اصلاحات اقتصادی، بهبود روابط سیاسی، حمایت‌های اجتماعی، پیشرفت فناوری و تغییرات قانونی می‌تواند به ایجاد فرصت‌های شغلی جدید و پایدار در ورزش ایران منجر شود.
