طراحی مدل عوامل مؤثر بر مدیریت ترور روانی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی: یک نظریه داده بنیاد

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از این پژوهش، طراحی مدل عوامل مؤثر بر مدیریت ترور روانی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی استان آذربایجان‌غربی بود.
روش پژوهش: این پژوهش از نظر رویکرد، کاربردی و از نظر راهبرد، کیفی و به روش داده بیناد انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه معلمان تربیت‌بدنی استان آذربایجان غربی تشکیل دادند. از بین آنها 18 معلم متخصص و نخبه تربیت‌بدنی با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته بود. برای بررسی اعتبار داده‌ها از روش‌های بازآزمون و پایایی دو کُدگذار و برای بررسی روایی داده‌ها از روش‎های راهبرد بازبینی توسط اعضا، کثرت‌گرایی، بررسی همکاران و قابلیت اعتبار استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش در طی سه مرحله کُدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی، حاکی از استخراج 45 کد نهایی و 17 مفهوم، در قالب مدل مفهومی عوامل علّی (تعارضی، فردی، سازمانی، سیاسی و گروه‌های قدرت، مدیریتی، فرهنگی)، عوامل زمینه‌ای (معیشتی و اقتصادی، اجتماعی، نظام آموزشی)، شرایط مداخله‌ای (عوامل محیطی، خلاء قانونی در برخورد با ترور روانی)، مقوله محوری (ترور محل کار)، راهبردها (مقابله‌ای و پیشگیری) و پیامدها (فردی، سازمانی و اجتماعی)، دسته‎ بندی شدند که ترور روانی سازمانی معلمان تربیت‌بدنی را تبیین و روابط بین آنها را نشان می‌دهد.
نتیجه‌گیری: ترور روانی در بین معلمان وجود دارد و یک پدیدة اجتناب ناپذیر است، بنابراین نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند برای برنامه‌ریزان منابع انسانی مخصوصاً مدیران آموزشی به عنوان یک راهنما عمل کند، تا ضمن شناسایی و شناخت رفتارهای مخل در محیط کار، نحوه برخورد و مدیریت با پدیدة ترور روانی را بشناسند و جهت کاهش اثرات آن، اقداماتی اثربخش انجام دهند.
