چکیده
هدف: هدف تحقیق حاضر واکاوی تجربه زیسته معلمان تربیت بدنی از چالشهای اجرای ورزش فراگیر در مدارس بود.
روششناسی: این پژوهش به صورت کیفی انجام شد. مشارکتکنندگان در این پژوهش به صورت هدفمند، با استفاده از نمونهگیری گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. بر همین اساس، شرکتکنندگان پژوهش شامل معلمان تربیت بدنی مدارس عادی بودند که حداقل یک سال تحصیلی در کلاس خود دانشآموز داری معلولیت جسمانی داشتند تا اطمینان حاصل شود که شرکتکنندگان به صورت مستقیم در اجرای ورزش فراگیر درگیر بوده و تجربه مناسبی در این حوزه دارند. در نهایت ۱۲ معلم تربیتبدنی به عنوان نمونه تحقیق حاضر، انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها، مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته بود که به صورت تلفنی انجام شد. با توجه به مزایای تحلیل مضمون مانند انعطافپذیری، توانایی خلاصهسازی تعداد زیاد داده، توانایی در تحلیل و توسعه دادههای سیاستگذاری، محققان برای تحلیل دادهها از تحلیل مضمون استفاده کردند.
یافتهها: تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها نشان داد، چالشهای اجرای ورزش فراگیر شامل ویژگیهای فردی، فقدان آمادگی علمی و حرفهای معلمان، ماهیت رقابتی ورزش، فقدان محیط و تجهیزات مناسب، سطوح متفاوت یادگیری و فقدان توجه به آموزش اصول ورزش فراگیر برای معلمان هستند.
نتیجهگیری: تحلیل دادهها نشان داد، وضعیت اجرای ورزش فراگیر در مدارس رضایتبخش نیست. با وجود چالشهای متعدد مانند محیط و تجهیزات نامناسب و فقدان حمایتهای لازم در سطوح خرد و کلان، معلمان تربیتبدنی نقش کلیدی در موفقیت یا عدم موفقیت اجرای ورزش فراگیر دارند. برخلاف دیگر چالشهای شناساییشده که رفع آن نیازمند هزینه و زمان زیادی است، آموزش معلمان تربیتبدنی به هزینه و زمان کمتری نیاز دارد و تأثیرعمیقتری بر اجرای ورزش فراگیر در مدارس خواهد داشت. از اینرو، تدوین سرفصلهای مرتبط با ورزش فراگیر در دوره کارشناسی دانشگاه فرهنگیان و همچنین ارائه دورههای ضمن خدمت در این زمینه میتواند به تسهیل اجرای این برنامه در کوتاه مدت کمک کند.
