چکیده

هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر دلبستگی شغلی بر عملکرد دبیران تربیت بدنی استان خراسان رضوی با نقش تعدیل‌گر استرس شغلی می‌باشد.

: پژوهش حاضر به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی، به لحاظ زمانی مقطعی، از نظر شیوۀ جمع‌آوری داده‌ها توصیفی- همبستگی و از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه دبیران تربیت بدنی استان خراسان رضوی در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 بودند (2057 نفر). حجم نمونه با بهره‌گیری از نظریه کلاین (2014) و با توجه به تعداد گویه‌ها بین 350-70 تخمین زده شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌های دلبستگی شغلی کانونگو (1982)، عملکرد شغلی پاترسون و هازبند (1970) و استرس شغلی هلریگل و اسلوکام (2004) بود. پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها با آلفای کرونباخ بررسی و تأیید شد. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها با نظرات 10 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی و دبیران تربیت بدنی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. پس از توزیع پرسشنامه‌ها به شیوه در دسترس، 223 پرسشنامه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل داده‌ها به روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار پی‌ال‌اس انجام شد.

نتایج نشان داد که دلبستگی شغلی بر عملکرد دبیران تربیت بدنی استان خراسان رضوی تأثیر مستقیم و معناداری دارد. نتایج تحلیل مدل پژوهش نیز نشان داد که استرس شغلی در ارتباط بین دلبستگی شغلی و عملکرد شغلی دبیران تربیت بدنی استان خراسان رضوی نقش تعدیلگر ندارد.

براساس نتایج اگرچه استرس شغلی در این مطالعه نقش تعدیلگر نداشت، اما این نتیجه به معنای بی‌اهمیتی استرس نیست، بلکه نشان می‌دهد که در محیط‌های کاریِ سرشار از دلبستگی و فعالیت‌های پویا، عوامل انگیزشی ممکن است بر چالش‌های استرس‌زا غلبه کنند.
