ارائه الگوی جامعه‎پذیری شغلی معلّمان تربیت‌بدنی

چکیده

هدف: هدف از این پژوهش ارائه الگوی جامعه‌پذیری شغلی معلّمان تربیت‌بدنی بود.

روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر کمی و از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه دسترسی به داده‌‎ها از نوع پژوهش‌های پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری کلیه معلمان تربیت‌بدنی استان آذربایجان‌شرقی بودند که بر اساس آمار ارائه شده، تعداد افراد 1294 نفر بود. با استفاده از جدول کرجسی مورگان 297 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده و طبقه‌‎ای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده‌‎ها از پرسشنامه واسکوئز و والهد (2023) استفاده شد. برای سنجش روایی پرسشنامه، پس از بررسی روایی صوری، شاخص روایی محتوایی و شاخص نسبت روایی محتوایی نیز محاسبه شد. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ بررسی و تایید شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‎‌ها از طریق تحلیل عامل تاییدی و آزمون بوت استراپ با نرم‌افزار Smart PLS-3 صورت گرفت.

یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از اولویت‎بندی عوامل نشان داد عامل فرهنگ‎‌پذیری (گرایش مربی‎گری) در رتبه اول، فرهنگ‎پذیری (گرایش تدریس) در رتبه دوم، جامعه‎پذیری سازمانی رتبه سوم و جامعه‎‌پذیری حرفه‎ای رتبه چهارم را دارا است. حصول مقدار ضریب همبستگی مرتبه دوم برای کل الگو به اندازه703/0، شاخص GoF به اندازه 861/0 نشان داد مدل در حد قوی مورد تایید است.

نتیجه‌گیری: جامعه‌پذیری شغلی معلمان تربیت‎‌‌بدنی نشان می‌دهد که این فرآیند تأثیرات عمیق و گسترده‌ای بر کیفیت آموزش در جوامع دارد و سرمایه‌گذاری در برنامه‌های آموزشی، حمایت‌های حرفه‌ای و ایجاد محیط‌های کاری مناسب می‌تواند به بهبود جامعه‌پذیری معلمان و در نتیجه بهبود کیفیت آموزش تربیت بدنی منجر شود.
